The Isaiah and bible thing... dude I can't believe I haven't seen that before🤯 Have had deep dive teaching in every book of the bible but this passed me completely
Not trying to be salty or anything, but all religions have similar codes Quran and Hebrew tanakh also have some codes could it be that the authors have themselves put it in there. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0yPBYcZS4IU.htmlsi=VPvmWhcqOZb6_fKE I saw this gnostic guy claiming that gnosticism is real because it is decoded, but it is heresy according to Catholicism.
I don't understand the Isaiah thing. Are the chapters not made up in the middle ages by some monks? After the canonical bible was formed? I mean, if we see it, they could see it too right?
@@cubantoosh Only his grandmother was jewish and he grew up in a christian home with christian parents, so I think he actually just learned how to pronounce it well.

Wrong number. 137. Not even 137. 137.035999084 And technically not even that, there's one constant, the fine structure constant, that when taken as a reciprocal is just about 1/137.035999084. So it's a weird number, but not that weird, since it's just made up of other constants, such as the speed of light, and the Planck constant. If you take constant numbers, a constant number will appear. Just like how, if, and that happens rather often, pi happens to appears in weird places, a circle is usually involved somewhere. This: 0.0072973525693 is the number. 1/137 just happens to be just about close enough to it to be used as a somewhat useful approximation. Humans are prone to find meaning in the meaningless. It's called apophenia.
I must confess that I originally came to your channel in bad faith. I've had some bad experiences with Reformed Baptists™, and, out of bitterness, I left a couple of nasty comments. I do sincerely apologize for that. Your content has been a breath of fresh air in a smoky parlor for me. Thank you.
After watching Veritasium’s video about the number 37 my jaw dropped to the floor when I saw 2701 = 37x73, anyone who saw that video probably had the same reaction.
This is honestly unbelievable, these aren't coincidences, this is the work of God. The books of The Bible was written over thousands of years, over 3 continents, in different languages and by different people. God coordinated all the work in such a way, and it is very beautiful ❤️✝️
Yes. Also, language is math. Expressions are the same as Equations, and Language is just the format and rules to follow / coding for its communication. For example, in English the word “is” acts like an equal sign.
Not even half an hour and it's full of haters. Even before being released there were already comments mocking the video. I understand the eccentricity of this video. But, consider "coincidences" don't happen often, that's why they are called COINCIDENCES. While it may seem a stupid argument, the fact that the bible has a huge number of coincidences, despite being written from various authors over a variable amount of time, yet shows a strong consistency, numerous patters and high frequence of "coincidences", makes it more convincing and well-grounded. It's the SAME principle by which inductive logic used in e.g. your average clinical trial for testing wether there is association between a drug and it's desired effect or not, works. While isolated numbers and patterns may not be significant (as they would sound as stupid as astrology), the fact that the book is so well made, despite all difficulties talks great about it, and suggests there must be something else going on. You just cant build a single recopilation of books with ~100% (if not 100%) consistency with each other over millennia, with as good quality as the Bible. While numeric patterns may be a questionable point to consider, it's still strong the evidence of those patterns being repeated everywhere throughout different authors, with different dialects and different cultures and different societies, and different mathemathical knowledge. And that's a strong point to consider. The people who attack RZ for doing these, are just the same lone wolves which wait for the right moment to attack. It's not a surprise they are coward enough to attack you for this video, but not in other videos. I understand this video is not ordinary, but I'm with you, and I hope others too ❤
I think they were mostly RZ sub worried about the possibility he wanted to use coincidences as "proof" like some do w/ the Quran and were holding him accountable. 5:15 sets the issue
@@cx9082 Some try to use them as proof it's divine. I find the idea really interesting: if you prove the book, you have proven the religion, unlike some philosophical apologetics that tries to prove a general "divine being" (not that that's unimportant). That said, the claims don't stand. Some are built in very odd ways: for example one of the claims is that "day" appears 365 days, but first it's the solar year, while Muslims use the lunar, and it counts something like "day", "two days" and "today" but excludes others like occurrences of "days", "yesterday" or "nowadays". Others are obtained combining different versions of the Quran to get the desired number, or straight up modifying things where needed, like in some claims of the "code 19". Finally, some are 100% false.
@@BirdBrain00 I'm sorry to tell you this, but you seem ignorant when it comes to The Quran and Islam in general. When you go to the Arabic, the word "day" does in fact appear 365 times. The Arabic Quran is the original Quran, no translation of it is considered to be the actual Quran. Also who said that Islam is limited to the lunar calendar alone? We use the lunar calendar because Islam is preserved and it was well-suited to the societal, environmental, and geographical conditions of Arabia at the time of the Prophet PBUH. The phases of the moon were easily observable and didn't require sophisticated instruments, making it accessible for everyone to follow. Furthermore, The Quran mentions both lunar and solar orbits and cycles in various verses (e.g., 10:5, 36:40), which indicates an awareness and acknowledgment of both systems. There are no "other versions" of the Quran. There is only one and it has been preserved meticulously since the time of Prophet PBUH. The preservation of the Quran in its original Arabic form is unparalleled. Millions of Muslims have memorized it in full, for the last 1400 years, ensuring its consistency across the world. The textual integrity of the Quran is one of its most compelling features, so the idea of "needing" to combine "versions" for numerical coherence unnecessary and unfounded. The fact that you bring up someone like Rashad Khalifa and the "Code 19" says enough about the extent of your knowledge. Anyways, you have stated that there are 100% false claims, yet provided none. Regardless, we Muslims don't care much for the numerical miracles, despite the amount of them. The most important miracle is The Quran itself.
I do also find it interesting that Genesis 1:1, which mentions the creation of the heavens and the earth, is 28 letters, which as you mentioned is divisible by 4, the number of the earth.
28 letters in English or Hebrew? If it's in English but not in Hebrew, that doesn't really mean anything. However, if it's 28 letters in Hebrew, that might mean something.
3:20 In the Catholic bible, the middle chapter is Psalm 118. As you noted, Psalm 117 is the shortest, but also Psalm 119 is the longest. It so happens that the exact middle verse of the Catholic bible lands on the Psalm 118:8 which itself may be the shortest description of what the Bible is written about: "It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man."
@@Pomni740 No, at least in what the original comment was refereing to we have reason to believe that was intentional. At least some of these number patterns were considered important in the ancient world, and in some cases authors would even draw attention to them in thier works
God is so perfect, detailed, and intricate. I bet there are so many more number coincidences that are woven throughout time and space that we may never know.
one thing i would like to mention is that the bible werent collected in chapters and verses, like we see today. it was just one big book with multiple books in it. it wasnt until the 1200s or so in france they put chapters in the bible and in the 1500s they added the number of verses per chapter. pretty interesting stuff, whether this proves the bible is the sole link humans have to God is another question.
Jesus is the sole link we have to God. The first few generations of Christians didnʼt have the whole Bible sampled yet but lived out their faith nevertheless ”I am the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except through me.” (John 14,6)
It was canonized early on. And while the Deutrocanon was put into the Bible (even now in the Catholic Bible), it never held up any authority equal to that of the 66 books, since they were part of the Septuagint used by Paul in his epistles. Even if this were true, It shows that God has had a hand in assembling and transmitting His Word.
@@deutschermichel5807They didn’t need a written Bible at the time. Paul and the apostles taught them the oral gospel, but the gospels were also written pretty early on
Wow, my favourite number is 37; has been for a long time. I just always liked three, and always liked 7, and decided my favourite number was 37 some time in third grade! Also quite neat that the fine structure constant is 1/137, too.
Really amazing video, really well thought out, and definitely quite a nice niche topic to discuss. When I tried RU-vid search for the same thing, it was like your video was already the most relevant. God bless you fellow zoomer!
Are these patterns placed there intentionally? It's one thing to know that the author intended to put them there, but I wouldn't want to ascribe meaning to patterns which just happened to be there by chance. Also do these patterns work in other number systems besides base 10?
Dude, I knew you came from an ethically Jewish background, but I did NOT expect you to roll out with the flawless Hebrew pronunciation! I've been semi-studying Hebrew for the better part of a year and you seriously sound like a native speaker; like you and an Israeli born Jew are indifferentiable! Keep up the phenomenal work man, your content right now is seriously some of the best on youtube at the moment. God bless!
The fact that 7 and 3 are such important numbers as opposed to 6, is one of the many reasons which convinced me of the Catholic canon instead of the protestant
Ur videos help me so much! Tysm for explaining stuff ab Christianity, it really helps when im confused ab a certain thing. Ur account literally has everything i was a bit confused on. S And the fact u explain it so understandable is unbelieveble. Thank uu🙏✝️💯
The title of this video contains 6 words, which combined is made up of a total of 31 letters, and 6+31 equals 37. Also, 31 subtracted by 6 equals 25, or two five, which added together makes seven. Two minus five equals negative 3. 7 plus negative 3 equals four, which subtracted from 25 gives us 21, which can be divided into three equal parts of seven. Very good work Zoomer
Yeah, 37 is the most commonly chosen random number if you exclude 1, 100, 69, 42, and 7. He excluded them because they aren't random, but neither is 37.
The verse “In the beginning, God created..”; is THREE 1s.. Genesis- 1st book, chapter 1, verse 1. So in the beginning God- already in the beginning the Godhead 3 in 1 was there.. Very interesting I think. It’s also worth mentioning that the verse of “one crying in the wilderness prepare the way of the Lord” is both the THIRD verse of each chapter:) (Isaiah 40:3 and Matthew 3:3.) And “the new heaven and new earth”; Isaiah 66, but verse TWO and then Revelation (book 66), but chapter twenty TWO. I think it’s really interesting how deep the word of God confirms itself in many aspects. Also numbers can be very prophetic like we see in dreams in the Bible for example.
So nice. I never stopped to think about it. Please, make a vídeo about the meaning of the numbers that appear in the beggining of the vídeo. Friendly regards from your presbyterian brother in Brazil
Proof that a number with digits arranged as ABCCBA or CBAABC, where A, B and C are three consecutive digits, will be divisible by 37: Let a, b and c be the number counterparts of the digits A, B and C respectively. Since a, b, and c are consecutive numbers, a = b - 1, c = b + 1. Then, the number ABCCBA (so when A = 2, B = 3, C = 4, ABCCBA will be 234432, for example) = 100000a + 10000b + 1000c + 100c + 10b + a = 100001a + 10010b + 1100 c = 100001(b - 1) + 10010b + 1100(b + 1) = 100001b - 100001 + 10010b + 1100b + 1100 = 111111b - 98901 = 37(3003b - 2673), which is divisible by 37, since 3003b - 2673 is an integer. Likewise, the number CBAABC = 100000c + 10000b + 1000a + 100a + 10b + c = 100001c + 10010b + 1100a = 100001(b + 1) + 10010b + 1100(b - 1) = 100001b + 100001 + 10010b + 1100b - 1100 = 111111b + 98901 = 37(3003b + 2673), which is also divisible by 37, since 3003b + 2673 is an integer.
If you want more of these, theres a channel called "Turth Is Christ" where he talks A LOT about numerical patterns. One of his videos is just numerical patterns and its AN HOUR long
Epic video! I would talk about 12 and 13 too. There seems to be some special interchange between 12 and 13. A couple examples: 12 months (but 13 moon cycles) per year 12 tribes (but technically 13 counting Levi) Jacob has 12 sons (but 13 heirs because he does Manasseh and Ephraim instead of Joseph) Jesus had 12 disciples (13 counting both Matthias and Judas) There are also 12 zodiacs traditionally (but the sun actually passes through a 13th between Scorpio and Sagittarius There are 12 days of Christmas (but... epiphany [the day after the last day of Christmas] is when the wise men supposedly came and festivities traditional continue through that day) 12 comes up a lot by itself too There are 12 minor prophets Elijah built an altar of 12 stones when he called fire down from heaven in 1 Kings 18. Jesus’s first words are recorded at age 12 when Mary and Joseph found Him in His “Father’s house.” When Jesus fed the five thousand, 12 baskets were filled with leftovers. When Peter cut off the soldier’s ear defending Jesus, Jesus rebuked him, saying He had the power to call down 12 legions of angels (Matthew 26:53). The New Jerusalem has 12 gates and 12 foundations (Revelation 21:12-14). The tree of life will bear 12 fruit crops 12 times a year (Revelation 22). God specified that 12 unleavened bread cakes be placed weekly in the temple. 12x2 also comes up a few times. 24 priestly divisions are specified in Chronicles 24. 24 elders in revelation. It seems important, but I haven't looked into it much.
No, it doesn’t prove the Bible is divine, and nobody believes that. You are the whole reason us Christians do not like dealing with atheists- you provide no argument against anything that was actually said, you spam constantly rather than making a valid point, and you have no reason to do any of these things other than just hating us Christians. You, for some reason, find pleasure in trying to ruin something that isn’t even arguing as a proof for God. Go outside, make some friends (or at least try), and find something better to do with your life than this worthless stunt.
@@Pomni740 Love it how you found it necessary to actively go out and try contributing to damaging people's faith. A smug redditor-tier laugh at the in your eyes simple-minded didn't cut it, but destroying something they draw inspiration from, now that's satisfying.
amazing! studying greek rn in college and the original language is very fascinating. while the Bible truly is divine, how much weight should we hold to chapter/verse divisions that were given much later than the original, divinely inspired texts? it by no means can be completely called coincidence, but just am curious on your thoughts RZ :)
Interesting, Veritasium recently did a video about strange patterns in people being asked to give a random number between 1-100. The most guessed numbers by far were 37 and 73.
10 commandments are divided onto 3 towards God and 7 towards fellow humans (at least according to the Catholic division). The Catholic Bible has 73 books.
I'm guessing the same algorithm that showed me Veritasium's video on 37 is the same algorithm that pointed me to this channel. However I was already subscribed to this channel when I received this video.🤔
@Pomni740 possibly, but certainly points to a designer/creator which does make it divine. Fib sequence is one of those math sequences that show a creation theme.
It's interesting to see a mainstream Christian talking about Hebrew Gematria. I used to be really invested in this topic a couple years ago, after watching the movie Pi, directed by Darren Afronosky.
Chuck misler had a video about the math of how many times certain greek words appeared in the gospels. I couldnt figure out a way to verify what he said, but it was interesting.
It is also believed among scholars that the ages of the Patriarchs of Genesis are also symbolic, as all of them are directly divisible by either two or five. Many of them have noted that the odds of all this being coincidental are less than 0. something percent. So it is clear that they are supposed to all represent something, but we still don't know yet for sure what. A possible interpretation would be Enoch who is said to live 365 years and is taken up to heaven, some have speculated that this age may represent a full year, thus a complete life. Even if you don't believe in God can people at least appreciate the sheer thought and brilliance that went into composing those texts with so many deep layers of meaning, even down to the numbers used?
I love how this is exactly 7 days later from Veritasium’s video on 37. And I was immediately recommended that video after watching this. God will definitely be using these videos to guide more people to Him, glory to Christ 😩😩😩
Not when you have whoever is raiding his videos with dislikes. The devil is also at work to keep people from seeing this. 1. There's an entire discord server full of people who are ready to dislike his videos whenever he uploads. 2. He genuinely just has a lot of people who disagree with him.
In the Old Testament, the number 37 is mentioned as the number of people in the genealogies of King David (see 2 Samuel 23:8 - 2 Samuel 23:39, which lists David's mighty men, of whom there were 37 in total).
(KJV), "Paul" mentioned in 153 verses "Peter" mentioned in 153 verses Miraculous catch, John 21: *153* fishes. Why did he tell the exact number? Fishing men is done by proclaiming the gospel. 153rd mention of Peter (Galatians 2:7): "... the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me [Paul], as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter." Paul directly highlights him and Peter as holding the Gospels to the jews and to the gentiles. - MOREOVER: Ezekiel 47, the *fishers* will stand upon the river of living waters from En Gedi to En Eglaim. The location of En Gedi is known, but the location of En Eglaim is not, being only named by Ezekiel, making it quite the oddity. In hebrew gematria, which the hebrew sages were using to elucidate the mysteries of the scriptures: "Gedi" (גֶדִי) equals 17. And "Eglaim" (עֶגְלַיִם) equals 153. 153 is the 17th triangular number.
I suppose someone could argue that since Isiah already had the split at 39th chapter and old testament already had 39 books, and it already had the reference to the first book in of the bible in its first chapter, all the early christians had to do was write 27 more books about hope and make a reference to his 40th chapter in their first book
