I am a Presbyterian Minecraft RU-vidr, part of the PCUSA, (Presbyterian Church USA) but I completely oppose the theological liberalism and progressivism that has hijacked it. I have made it my mission to restore it. My theology is Reformed/Calvinist, but I am very ecumenical and open to learning from other Christian traditions.
I am not a Pastor, nor do I have a seminary degree. I am a regular gen Z (zoomer) who was raised in a very secular progressive culture. I was once a leftist, but came to know Christ as a teenager which alienated me from my community. I've dedicated all my life since then to learning the things of God and finding creative ways to share what I know with others.

I think some of the disconnect comes from the fact that western Christianity is very rationalist and organizes thinking into groupings and clear definitions. Orthodoxy doesn't organize the same way because we don't believe to know the fullness of some of these truths. Because of this, trying to organize orthodoxy into its various groupings of beliefs on various topics is difficult because a single grouping will never tell the whole story. For example, it is true that Christ destroyed death by death, but it is also true he took on the penalty of death for our sake, baring our punishment, so that as we die with Christ so too do we participate in His resurrection because he resurrected. His divine life giving energy allows all humanity to participate in the resurrection of God. I understand this video is from the perspective of reformed theology, so I do not blame this channel for trying to organize and explain direct differences with orthodoxy, I simply believe the format of a video such as this is flawed to begin with.

i'm not into religion but being from a catholic country i participated in the church until i got my first communion (8 or 9 years old). Nobody really thinks that the little thing you eat during comunion is anything more than a symbol. a ritual to emulate what jesus did on the last supper (supposedly). i never heard a priest say that the wine literally becomes blood and the wafer becomes the flesh of jesus after it is consacrated.

Secondly, even if math contains infinite information it can still exist in this world, this is because math is simply the relationship between measure and magnitude. If we had a physical or symbolic representation of all the numbers in the world then you could argue that math has an infinite in a finite universe. BUT THE UNIVERSE DOESN'T HAVE to be FINITE, it can be INFINITE, there are three possible geometries of space-time, two of which describe an infinite universe. Secondly, MATH IS PROVEN NOT BE PERFECT< THINK OF GODEL'S INCOMPLETENESS THEOREMS. This means that math is an incomplete invention of the HUMAN MIND. Theres probably an easy answer for this, but the thing that has always bothered me, Is that the bible never clarifies that mary is in the line of king david, but the savior is supposed to be in that lineage so like... are mary and joseph BOTH in the line of king david and the bible just forgets to mention it?
