I'm so happy to see that they wash the vegetables. Here in the country where I work, they don't wash vegetables like spinach and kangkong. They just cut the roots and toss them straight into the pan. so sometimes it has worms and sand.

Some time ago when I was in Pattaya there was this kid selling fried rice wrapped in a newspaper so cheap but so fragrant,had a green onion stalk sticking out. My go to for fried rice in the morning.

His burner is under powered, needs more BTU's. The coldest wok I've ever seen. Not enough wok hai. Also, should do something about the clumpy rice.
