Why on earth would you machine a complete hub when the repair was pretty simple? That was better than the bolt on bearing housings used by chopper builders with 'custom' wheels (OCC, and others)
You should charge extra when customer doesn't even attempt to clean part before bringing it in. That was a very nice repair, wouldn't be economical to do it in USA as machining and labour charge would probably be higher than a new hub. Looked like you started 0.004" under-size but ended up with size on size for bearing?
🚫‼️It is not allowed to hold the lathe chuck by hand for braking in order to ensure proper braking, the brake belt in the front pulley should be replaced.‼️🚫
Interesting video, done purely for u tube money. You could go into vitrually any breakers shop and get a good serviceable hub complete with bearing and spacers etc. For about 5 bucks.
فیلمهای خوبی دارید ولی متوجه نمیشوم چرا تراشکارها در استفاده از قطعات این همه اصراف میکنند!!!؟؟ دراکثر فیلمها، قطعات یدکی را بسیار زیاد تراش میدهند و بخاطر یک سانتی متر خوردگی پنج سانتی متر دور ریخته میشود درصورتیکه نیاز به این همه دور ریز نیست!!
