You can get knife sharpeners that are equipped with diamond grinding wheels for under $100, these devices last a lifetime and you don't need to regularly (probably 2-3 times per knife!) change the sandpaper and screw the knife on and off in order to sharpen the respective side of the knife... I would never waste my time with something like this, which uses a lot of sandpaper per knife and requires constant screwing. The longer you use this crap (with 3-4 hours you could have earned the money for a better device!) and the more you waste your time, the more it would have been worth buying a professional device... Some life hacks have their place, but this “device” is a complete waste of time! Just buy a better and more expensive device than to constantly bother with this crap!
