The Loreal Paris Elvive Volume Filler shampoo/conditioner has almost the exact ingredient list as the Redken Volume Injection Chris recommended. Including the active patented "volume filler" ingredient which is actually one step higher on the ingredient list in the Loreal than in the Redken! (Loreal owns both Redken and Pureology.) I too love that Loreal 21-in-1 leave-in conditioner!

Thanks for sharing that! I never paid much mind to it bc of the packaging. I guess never judge a book by it’s cover.

I’ve been using the L’Oréal leave in spray for a while. I also have the pureology spray. I like the L’Oréal better because it is lighter in my very fine thin hair. It’s never turned my hair greasy with over use. If you compare the ingredients with pureology the first main ingredients are the same.

I am now a a huge fan of Loreal and never tried them before. The weightless blowdry primer is great and could even be lighter in my opinion. It smooths my very curly frizzed hair like I flat ironed it already, it's crazy! Kristin Ess weightless shine leave in is everything BTW and truly only for fine hair. I could drench my hair in it and after a blow dry and flat iron it feels like theres no product in it just silky and very shiny.

Wow - Love this. I was just thinking the condition of your hair has really improved. I have very similar hair to you (a little shorter). I have definitely noticed a big improvement in shine and softness and overall look of my hair since following the trinity routine. I am using similar products to you with a few tweaks. I m now going to try and grow my hair.. I usually get frustrated as the ends start to look stringy and I give up and get it cut short again... but I think this time I am going to persevere. Thanks for your videos - I have learned so much.
@TashVitorsky

Wow, I can relate so much to that. I always say I’ll grow it out but starts looking stringy so I cut it 😂 Or get extensions, which I might do as it grows out. It’s such a cycle haha. But this hair routine has been rly great! So glad I came across it. Thanks for sharing your thoughts 🤗 ❤️

Yes Loreal owns Redken technically. They also own Pureology lol. They own a LOT of beauty brands. High end ones too....anyway just remember your hair is more bouncy and volumized after color or bleach so would have to see if you like these products after a month or so?

The ogx miracle oil line also has 3 different options for weight. The one you mentioned is the thickest one. There are two others. One is very light, the other for medium hair. Abbey mentions these in a video as well

Hi! I was wondering if you have any shampoo recommendations that actually get your hair clean? Like Volume Injection, it's just that that product it's not available in my country :( I checked out the ever pure thickening shampoo but it doesn't have sulfates in it, and since I have a very oily scalp I'd like one with sulfates. Thank you, I really enjoyed your videos

hey, I don't have enough experience with sulfate shampoos. Abbey Young on YT has rly great recommendations for that. I hope you're able to sift though her videos and find some good recommendations for your hair.

I have tried olaplex a few years back. Haven’t tried k18 but have been wanting to. I have tried the acidic bonding concentrate from redken which is similar but still diff from olaplex and rly liked it And now loreal came out with an affordable option Here’s a great post on Reddit www.reddit.com/r/HaircareScience/s/wSJZIuhtft

If I were to repurchase, I’d buy the ABC from redken or even the loreal version (very similar ingredients) but the redken smells better imo ha ha

I use coconut miracle oil is that considered a good oil to use on hair I only have used it once have you ever used it also when I went to my hair dresser to get my hair trimmed she told me I must be doing something good because my hair has grown a little bit also told me that to not wash my hair ever day I go I don't . How does a person know they have fine thin hair just wondering . I got that coconut miracle oil from Walmart.
@TashVitorsky
@TashVitorsky Год назад
Is it the ogx one? I heard great things about it if it’s that one. If it works for you then I’d keep using it and seems like it is according to your hair dressers comments 👍 For my fine, thin hair, I’m better off washing every other day. So I’d say hair wash days vary greatly person to person. But fine, thin hair is essentially fine hair strands (they’re not thick or coarse or medium) and you don’t have a lot of them (hence the term thin hair) You can have thin hair (not a lot of hair) but the strands aren’t fine. Or you can have fine hair but a lot of it (thick).

Darling, if I may repectfully make a suggestion? Get your hormones checked: it was a game changer for me. Low estrogen can be a real problem for many women. Also raw beaten egg as a shampoo once a week doubled the thickness of my hair.
@TashVitorsky
@TashVitorsky Год назад
Thanks for the suggestion. I do want to get them checked. But in terms of hair health, my hair has always been fine and thin, that’s just the hair I was born with. But it’s def something I’d love to do in general. Thanks.
