During that time you inspired me to quit my delivery job and go to trucking school now a driver. Even though I'm currently not driving, your journey helped me through mine. I just wanna say thank you for giving me the courage to go back to trucking. I got my CDL 5 years ago but I surrendered it 3 years ago. Going to get my CDL again sadly.. but it’s truly what I like to do. Thank you Chez!!! Love your videos so much. Gonna be so sad when you’re gone 😢

@Justinanthonyg I did the same thing I listened to too many people and not go what I liked to do but also I didn't really have much confidence in myself I want to get my CDL but automated would suite me better than manual. My credit is poor not too many places trains in automated so far CR England and Prime are the only places not sure what schools have it and it's hard to go to training when not having a vehicle so much happened between 2016 to 2020 losing friends and family members and had to give up a vehicle do to COVID-19 and not having extra income to pay car payments, insurance, gas and maintenance I do hope I can get my CDL back again.

They overpackage many things I buy. Big boxes 90% bigger than the space needed. They need to use more padded envelopes and send them in the mail if they are too much trouble or disincentivized among the workers to make use of. We end up with a garage full of brand new boxes we feel responsible for using. Maybe re-useable bins are in order, ones that fold flat, perhaps optionally or for a small reward early adopter fee.
I believe if you read the signs at that truckstop TA, its fair game parking. No security or enforcement. So people leave dropped trailers and such in spaces. Lots of truck havn't moved in a while from my experience being there.

It’s sad because some places still look like a war zone.. nearly everyone got electricity back in about a week- I drove around the day right after it hit and almost all the roads were cleared of debris, there were rarely roads that were impassable here in Cape Coral / ft Myers . Damned good job by every citizen and officials.. God bless the 27000 power workers from across 27 states , and especially to the Puerto Rican power crews, yes I see your 10 flags on your trucks and can hear your music from far away! When you’re out of power, and you hear reggaeton music, then believe that you will get power soon.. those Puerto Ricans are beasts!🇺🇸🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷

The biggest issue with trucking today is the brokers. They have jobs that pay good but if they don’t know you they won’t get you any of the good loads. We just need to find a way to get them out of the loop.
I totally agree with you! the more drivers take cheap loads the more lower they will go because they see that its possible for them to give such a low rate🤦🏻♂️ I keep telling my boss to not bite the low rate but he still does it and its really not helping the situation but yes I wish that we just work direct with customers instead of having brokers being middleman 🙄

I cruise at 70 but if speed limit is below that I always run 5mph over speed limit to be really knocking those miles out except work zone off course have to respect that part😇

I pick a load on Thursday for Katy TX and they also paid me 4,000 bad, very bad. Weight 39,000.00 I took 5 south bad decision, too many hills I picked at white City OR overnight at almost Bakersfield n that took me the all day speed limit in Cali ridiculous my second day I stopped at flagstaff AZ my 3rd day overnight at Memphis TX n today is my 4rd day makeup to caty.
