I just started this comic this year, barely stopped since. My biggest concern while reading was that they would do some watered down live action, rather than a fully animated interpretation. Consider me excited

I just want a faithful adaptation of the comics. I'm tired of these comic adaptations that merely capture the "spirit" of the comics, instead of just directly adapting stories.

So invincible is jonathan kent and omniman is clark kent. But omniman is actually a bad guy turned good because he loves mark and mark is trying hard to be a great hero. Nice !

What’s funny is because they follow the comic so closely, especially visually I find it’s hard to get used to hearing their voices and inflections set in stone like that. For eg. The high school stuff wasn’t nearly as whiney in my head reading it because I didn’t read it that way so watching it on screen I find certain times or people making me feel “this isn’t right”. Two actors, that I love, I’m not sure I’m really feeling their voices for Omni Man and Cecil. Almost wish they had gone with voice actor specialists that were a little more anonymous. Sometimes having a famous live actor voice makes you see the actor too much instead of the animated character. Looking forward to more though and keeping an open mind to see if I get used to the small things throwing me off.

You got quite a few things wrong here...His half human heritage has nothing to do with his needing to training. He is ostensibly “half human” and more like 98.9% Viltrumite...And his power does not dwindle without training. They GROW with use, meaning the more he uses the more powerful he becomes. Also, the older they get the slower they age, thus the older they get the stronger they get.... His father specifically said that his son is damn near pure blooded due to Viltrumite dna overwriting his DNA. Even state that his son WILL become more powerful than him...

Asking all you guys who likes this: what do you like about it? Because I read up to the chapter where his dad is on another planet with bugs. The journey to get here was pretry boring, lack luster, with nothing happening in between. I mean sure things build up, but the pay off is the worst shit or literally non-existent. Its similar to Hellboy but with incompetent writting.

It's so annoying that every streaming service has its own originals, and non of them have any inclination to consolidate with one another. So far, it's Disney plus, discovery plus, HBO, Netflix, hulu, RU-vid, Amazon, DC universe, and I'm sure the list goes on.

I have a lot of guy friends name Chris so It's automatic for me sorry. Secondly are u starting an acting carreer now. I've heard u were an actor (actress? not sure if we're still allowed to use that term) before Nerdwire. Can't wait to see u on Netflix or streaming.

@@kriscarr4929 Okay yeah I remember back in 2015 or so there was a conversation about changing the Oscar and Emmy awards titles to female actor of the year and Male actor because it was seen by some as sexist to use the term actress. For me personally i use actor and actress but if someone I know is in the movie business (I know a couple) and is offended by that term I' ll use female actor.
