For the people who may have recently discovered this RU-vid channel, I have said the following in the past. My sister and brother-in-law along with her three children lived in the Kensington area in the 1960s/early 70s. It was a sewer then as far as I was concerned. His parents live there almost their entire life. It's not a place where you would want to bring up children. It's 10 times worse now if not 100 times worse. The people in the city voted for this they want to admit it or not.
When our democratic politicians say crime is down. Its not down, its just not being recorded properly anymore. From this video alone i see like 100 people allowed to be methed off their mind in clear daylight. And where the hell are the police? I cant imagen what happens in night time.
