Goddamn this takeoff made being stuck in Chicago worth it.
Taken November 10th 2021
Taken on iPhone 12 Pro Max
Flight 2828
To San Francisco (KSFO)
Seat: 9F
Reg: N519UW (luckily no maintenance logbooks we’re taken with the timetable of never for return this time.)
Finally going home after a painful night last night but at least the hotel was free😐don’t worry next month we’re flying southwest so I’ll have plenty to roll out after that trip concludes. 😎 also crazy how we got the same aircraft from the night before again.

12:26 that’s the best one I have heard, the rest of them I already hear the buzzsaw so when they reduce power it doesn’t sound that much louder

Same here.I love these IAE engines,GE90 and all the engines of the earlier aircrafts where they sound louder unlike the new Gen Aircraft engines like the Neo,A380 RR and a330Neo where u can't hear these vibes .

Son muy poderosos los motores turbofan IAE V2500. Elevan rápido al avión. En verdad es un formidable rival el modelo Airbus A321 con los 757. Magnífica aeronave. 😃👍🏻

LEAP or Leading-Edge Aviation Propulsion. -CFM. I'd honestly like the CFM56 more because it is louder thanks to its unmixed exhaust nozzle.

Holy crap great audio on climb thrust... I was thinking about my spare speakers in the garage in case I blew one. My head is buzzing :) Just back from Chicago O'Hare from September so this is very familiar. I flew a Max 10 recently which was so quiet but man is the buzz saw amazing. I still remember the sounds of the 727 (sounds almost like Mad Dog) but better.

Take off to the East on that Runway which runs parallel to Irving Park 🏞️? Sheer guess but looks like the Left Turn on Procedural Climb 🪜 would eventually put you on a slightly Southwest Track to start heading to SFO. Guestimating about 3 hours 55 minutes from Wheels Up to touchdown at SFO ✈️ Nice video 📸🤳!
