шеф, все наверное, вкусно, но вам бы пароконвектомат помыть, гастроемкости отодрать до блеска, с кастрюлями просто беда (Ковшик со сковородкой особенно), и по мелочи, гриль и плиту привести в порядок они же ржавеют, да и доска я как поняла одна что для овощей, что для масла

I'm no expert, but based on NYC restaurants, I imagine they get paid to do EVERYTHING the right way. Let's face it, that was beef stew with some mashed potatoes. And I'd do terrible things to a total stranger to have someone serve that to me with a big old pint of Guinness. You probably would too! It looks amazingly good.

Looks really yummy, but it's not a pie! If it's not baked with a pastry lid it's a stew or hot pot. Also, that looks more like caramel than toffee. The way we'd eat it over here is with custard .... mmmmmm
Отвратительно! Овощи перед резкой не моет, лук почистил - не ополоснул, морковь, картофель, сельдерей резал не помытым. Доска постоянна грязная, нож не вытирает. Если в приличном американском ресторане так не аккуратно готовят, то что говорить о закусочных и забегаловках?! Отвратительно.Disgusting! He doesn’t wash vegetables before cutting, he cleaned the onion - he didn’t rinse it, carrots, potatoes, celery were cut without being washed. The board is constantly dirty, the knife does not wipe. It might be being prepared in America but this is not American food. It is good old British nosh. In London when we order guiness we say a pint of diesel lol
I make a corned beef cooked in Guinness beer!!! It's AWESOME!!! This guy knows what he's doing. I wish he would have browned the beef a little more for flavor. He also didn't take all of the water out of the mushroom before he added them. mushrooms taste a lot better when taking the water out! Should have just put mushrooms from the can! LOL
