Да это наша еда. И там лепешки тандыр нан и баурсаки. Кажись это наши люди открыли там шашлычную. И кажись там ещё и уйгуры есть тетка лапшу растягивала как на лагман.
It's not american food. It's Central Asian food. Noodles it's "lagman", and meat it's "shashlyk". Please look russian transcription " уйгурский лагман" and "кавказский шашлык"
It IS in America, and AmerIcans DO eat lots of steak, chicken and noodles, but give credit where it is due: it is a Pan Asian-American restaurant. That's not 'woke' it's just true. I'll be there the next time I'm in Chicago. Great production as usual.
I share your concerns regarding the meat chosen for the job. Although they should know what they are doing. Preparation, grilling and presentation doesn't look like they are doing this for the first time. But does it really matter how they cut these? I mean, they are going to cut them into rectangular pieces of roughly equal sides. In that case you always end up with two opposing sides cutting through the grain and the other four sides going with the grain. I would understand the argument if it would be a large flat piece. These thicker smallish ones? idk
Never been to this one. The raw chicken next to the raw beef is kind of a huge red flag for me. I know they cook it and that the prep area is refigerated, but it's still a no no for me. Asf for the quality of the camera work, outstanding. I don'r think 4K would make much of a difference, but that's just one opinion.
