I went to Fogo de Chao this past Saturday.... It was so packed, save for reservations, I still got to sit down. And as many years before I've been to this place, it has never disappoint!
I was on a Norwegian Cruise ship a few years ago and they had an authentic Brazilian BBQ joint. It was fantastic. I kept my card on the green side, it never saw red. I loved the bacon wrapped filet mignon, mmmmm. I didn't waste any time with any vegetables or potatoes, just ate the fabulous juicy meat.
Você precisa comer alguns ítens que só existem no Brasil quando vai nesse tipo de restaurante, como pão de queijo, macaxeira frita , palmito na salada, e o abacaxi que aliás ajuda na digestão, vale super a pena
Duce uses his knife like a saw... It's so sharp he only needs to make one or two passes through the meat. Also th he tapping of the blade on the cutting board is a bad habit.. Still a good video though.
If you guys have the chance, Try the Brazilian Barbecue at FOGO DE CHÃO. Its awesome !! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💞💞🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷 P: Quem tiver a chance de experimentar o Churrasco Brasileiro ,provem na Fogo de Chao. Maravilhoso !!
Very good video - I’ve watched manny Brazilian steakhouse videos and this one was the best I’ve seen It looks like they leave the colchon duro (tougher piece) of the top sirloin cap on the Picanha
I'm no stranger to Brazilian BBQ and thought Fogo de Chao was underwhelming compared to other Brazilian places I've been to. The meat was dry and not a lot of flavor. The lamb chops were fantastic though. That was at their Beverly Hills location. It probably has to do with them using a gas assist flame instead of a real wood fired pit. I'm considering giving Texas de Brazil a try since they use real wood charcaol. Update....TEXAS DE BRAZIL is definitely better! Most of the meats came out piping hot and juicy. As I suspected, the wood charcoal method makes a big difference! From now on, if a Brazilian Churrascaria is not cooking with real wood fire, I will not be going there.
U are right, im from Rio Grande do Sul, the state of barbecue in Brazil, barbecue is so seariously that we have a state law here for a real barbecue: Sole paragraph - for the purposes of this law, barbecue a gaúcha means meat seasoned with coarse salt, roasted in the heat produced by charred or fresh wood embers, on skewers or arranged on a grill and under exclusively manual control. Law n° 11.929/2022 from Rio Grande do Sul Btw, in the state of barbecue I live in "pampa", the best meat quality in Brazil.
@@felipecabralneto92 I just had some the other day. We have an independently owned Churrascaria a few miles from me in the city of Torrance CA called By Brazil, and their prices are quite reasonable. They have a limited selection of meats but they use real wood coals. For a little less money they do a lunch take out which is great, that way I don’t over eat for lunch. Been going here many years. Their Picanha (even for take out) was so tender and piping hot. I had their beef back ribs too, also so damn good! I want more!
@@АлексейКлыпин-у7б in NY it possibly is more expensive than in AR, most everything in NY is. My natural gas bill this month was $12. If I were to guess this restaurant gas bill probably $5000mo, but who knows??
Despite the economic downturn, I'm having the best time of my life financially. Earning over $83k in the last 2months with an investment of $19,000. Money can be made even in a bear market. Make the most of it.
