Ukraine has $10-15 trillion in minerals? That would probably be more than all of Europe. Lindsey Graham says that to make it seem like financing Zelensky isn't costly. It's just like saying Iraq's oil would pay for the invasion, which it never did. Even though in that case the oil actually existed.
