Thank you. It's good to get a visual picture. I tested positive on a Myositis Line Immunoassay to the PL-7 autoantibody, i.e. anti-threonyl-tRNA-synthetase. Starting to make sense of my parasthesias, muscles twitches, jerks, etc. No treament yet though.

Great tutorial. However, there are lots of examples of mutations in both cytoplasmic and mitochondrial aminoacyl tRNA synthetase genes. So mutations in these genes are not lethal.

So any trna contains adenine?

Yes, all RNAs contain A: mRNA, tRNA, and rRNA. However, tRNA also contains T, but not much of it.

Thank you for a great lecture. Here is the question - where by the way each specific aminoacyl tRNA-synthetase is synthesised if it already need some aminoacyl tRNA-synthetase to be synthesised? (sound more like a tongue twister)
