More than a year ago, we bought you a SWA500 A4 flatbed UV printer, which we cannot use to date and is in storage. first the usb software did not arrive and then we changed the motherboard to correct the printer error which the error followed that with the new card made the same printing error, I already bought and changed the new head and the same problem persists, the lines are clean and purged, everything was checked 1000 times. Totally good that we could never use for poor quality in ink pressure loss and it has been stored for months, it was a bad purchase decision and now I will finally sell it for lost money, I thought to change the dampers with the ink lines and not I have other options, or what solution can you give me?
