Yeah Jane couldn’t help but laugh at some of Ellen’s faces too and Luke and Mike made some cruel but funny jokes again. But they were actually better behaved than Fear Academy 2020 and when Andy did Slender, Resi Village and Layers Of Fear

Luke and Ellen have such sibling energy; it’s so funny. Him at the beginning, talking about how cozy he is and how he had snacks, is pure “big brother torturing his younger sister” and it’s great. 😂

It's funny you say that. Someone on another video, I think it was an Elden ring video, said that they felt that Mike, and Ellen watching Luke play was like the oldest brother and the little sister watching their sibling take his turn. Now I can't get that out of my head. Mike is the oldest and the responsible one, Luke is the youngest boy but he's a bit of a goofball, and Ellen is the little sister who just loves playing games and hanging out with her family. I Envision Andy and Jane as the cool high School students who hang out at the Mall arcade, break curfew, and call the other three nerds. But they secretly love family game night every week with their kookie neighbor Johnny.

Are You Afraid of the Dark was originally 90s show on Nickelodeon where kids would gather and tell ghost stories with each one being an episode. They actually recently (as in in the last fear years) did a multi part series where a girl told about a nightmare she keeps having as a ghost story and it ended up coming true.

I picked up Amnesia in a Humble Bundle like ten years ago and I don't think I ever finished it, because I'd boot it up, play for fifteen to twenty minuites, _absolutely nothing would happen_, and I'd get so stressed out I had to stop

Back in the glory days of my late teens I played this game on a computer with full surround sound while trying to quit smoking cigarettes with with horrible drug called Chantix. Chantix causes frequent vivid horrible nightmares and it was one of the worst mistakes of my life. This game is chilling and even more so when the audio is truly surround sound and it constantly hears like something is sneaking up behind you and it's only true half the time! Glorious memories.

@@sarahbrivio4159 quitting smoking is usually worth it but that Chantix isn't it's crazy sure it works taking away the cravings perfectly. But the nightmares that came every night were really most vivid and detailed dreams i have ever had normally I never have nightmares regardless of the game or movie. One dream I was in a friends house but each door always lead to a different part of the house or place they never lead to previously and the darkness evil force from the game was taking my family and hiding them away Crazy trip of a drug I don't recommend it. Lol

I hope this years games treat you well ;) *laughs in evil* Watching through this, there were alot of times ellen could have been using her lamp to keep her sanity up abit more ♡ When I was playing this I popped it out every now and then just to keep topped up ♡ it also helped to see abit more. Haha also sad but funny story, about scaring a hamster, when I was a kid, my family moved to a new house, we met our next door neighbours family and their kids and one of them found out we had a hamster, they then ran up the stairs to see it but they startled the hamster and it passed away, so they got to see it, it just wasn't how we expected it to go haha Also congratulations, you did so well ♡ I can't wait to see what comes next ♡♡ the art for this year's hallowstream is just gorgeous 😍

Christ, this takes me back. First ever horror game played and I remembering seriously annoying one of my sisters to the point of swearing due to me screaming and running away from one of the Grunts. Think it was in the Prison section and I made the same mistake that I later found out PewdiePie, MangaMinx and a few others made XD Such an epic game, good luck Ellen! Ah, this was such a weirdly cozy stream to watch. Amnesia was a huge thing for me and a handful of friends back in junior high/high school. We would watch this Finnish youtuber play a ton of custom stories (times before making youtube videso could potentially be a job) and gather at one of the friend's parents' place with a proper home theater so that we could play the game together on A HUGE screen and with a surround sound. Well, I say "we", but I never played it, because I was and still am a massive scaredy cat : D Still, I enjoyed our pile of snacks and provided moral support. It's weird how this game still feels more nostlagic than scary to me these days. Thanks for the stream, guys! Happy to see Fear Academy again and I'm extra happy you picked Amnesia^^ Been hoping for it since the first Fear Academy~
