Sorry folks it’s been a while so my apps where all out of whack haha. This video should be a full quality one night solo camp with me in my Amok. A few coffees and a chat with you all plus 11 hours sleep for me. All the best
Great to see of you. Looking forward to a good camping video. We've missed you. I can relate to the want to leave at 10 and wind up leaving at 3:15. Thanks for posting the video.
Great to see your out and about again . Watching you at 04:01 on the 26 November and boy do I wish I could still camp but I’m in a wheelchair 🦽 now . I was tort to put my tarpaulin up first . Great vlog Tim .
Hello Tim! Welcome back out. You are the only person I have seen in quite awhile, that lifts the pot lid & sets it down upside down, to keep it clean! [It seems like a no-brainer, but many RU-vidrs, set the lid down top side up on the potentially dirty ground]. Otherwise, Carry on & Happy Trails to you, man!
@@TimRobson30 cheers cuz, all well down here - bloody cold up there today I should think. It's really good to see you out and about in a fabulous place.
Thanks for making this Tim, and for taking us along with you. Much appreciated. Quick question, if you get a moment - and sorry if it's already been covered: when you 'cocoon' yourself in, in the bug net, do you think that you also get a bit of a warmer sleep? Just curious - ta! Also: bit of an arse about the old hanging tree. Didn't look like that was 'professional' scrub clearing ):
Hi there thank you for the comment. To answer your question, yes when you use the big net it makes a little difference to the temperature and blocks a bit of the breeze. That was the only tree on the island that was cut down pal. All the best
You said the brew from the coffee bag is a little weak. Will it be stronger if you leave the bag in your cup, while you drink it for a stronger flavor!?
Hi there pal thanks for the comment. Yes bud you can sleep on your side on your stomach and all things in between. Feel free to ask any more questions you might have
@@TimRobson30 thanks for replying. I’m 6 feet 3 inches and 300 pounds. On the Amok site it said up to 400 lbs. I hope to be losing a few pounds . Lol I sleep on my side some so I was mainly curious if that was possible. Thanks again for answering. Hope you continue to heal. Stay safe brother !!!
@@TennesseeMtnMan awesome, it’s a great bit of kit I love all three of mine, I’ll be out in my camouflage 4.0 next week. Yeh as soon as you said you height I k ew you needed the longer one
I recorded it in 4k so I wasn’t happy it only uploaded in 480p it wasn’t good enough to just leave it, only missing out on a couple hundred views so it was well worth it. All the best
Hey tim enjoyed ur video I'm surprised you and john have fallen out I taut ud be friends for life hope you can make up again you were a great team and true friends
@UC0hox5N4WgMilahabwPt75Q sorry I didnt mean to say it was ur fault tim I just meant it's sad that he are not friendly anymore maybe ye will be able to sort things out christmas is usually a time of goodwill even good friends can fall out and make up again xx
Sorry I just deleted my comment as I felt it was abrupt. Yeh it’s a shame but people change and that’s fine. I’m quite used to being abandoned like this
@@TimRobson30 it's no problem tim we all get days like that dont feel down about it everything happens for a reason it's just hard to see sometimes what the reason is but at least ur in good health after ur accidents xx and back camping again xx
Nice one, which bastard would ever think of chain sawing down your favourite tethering tree, what kind of spiteful reason could there be for that, is it be some kind of jealousy
