Holy shit, that was insane. As an editor with almost 4 years of compositing experience, the masking and matte painting has still left me speechless. Really really impressive work. I seriously did not expect this much work to go into single scenes thinking they were just pulled from a single anime.

What it takes to edit AMV's like a pro.

Okay I knew you did heavy editing but the segment 0:57-1:14 shocked the heck out of me. All that works to make the scene your own for only a few seconds of video is astonishing.

Update time.. SOOO the current "Story AMV" I've been working on has taken way longer than I ever anticipated. I'm trying to do what I did for "Waifu Insurance" by making custom scenes, but this time for a whole 4 minute long song. I actually completed the general storyboard around a year ago..(Think like what I did for "Storyboard: Concept AMV: Adam & Eve") As some of you may know I also am quite busy with college and am in my senior year of Mechanical Engineering. I want to assure you guys that YES, I am alive :O and YES, I am still working on videos. I may or may not work on a different video in between the "Story AMV" but know I appreciate your patience and hope that you will continue to be patient with me. I am still shocked that I've become as popular as I have and am grateful for those who have stuck around until now. Stay awesome and have a Happy New Year!

As an editor, I am still speechless, I had no idea THIS much masking went into it. Also thought that last scene was only 2 or 3 different scenes at most. Fantastic job, really.

I don't know how you can remeber all these scenes from anime to go to for small things like a road with a wall ( 1:08 ) when i can't even remember most names from the small amount of anime I have watched (22 anime is a small amount right?)
