an absolutely ENORMOUS BULL & a VERY STUCK stone!!! 

My paternal grandfather was a small dairy farmer. He used to say,"You can put a cow in a padded room and it will get itself stuck, hung up or hurt somehow! "😄 I'm glad you got him free with no injuries.

The look on the bulls face when he got stuck on the gate was priceless it was giving ‘mistakes may have been made’ x

That last bull was ginormous!!! But the one Graeme freed from the fencing - freaking genius maneuvering. Coffee was well served!

Did anyone else shout "YAY" out loud when Graeme was able to free the bulls leg lol I'm a huge animal lover and I just love that you share the same empathy for living creatures as I do.

When I was a young teen coming up here to northern NY there was this old farmer named Mr. Blow. He had a heard of 80 Swiss cows and though each had an ear tag, each one had a personal name. As I watched him , we stood near the heard and he called to one by name and out of somewhere in the middle, a cow walked out and right up to him. It was an experience that has stayed with me to this day and until my last.

I think most people don't understand the size and strength of a bull from videos. When you are up close to them, you really get it. They are just so big and so strong. It is incredible. Even when they are not in a bad mood they can hurt you without even trying.

I've been hauling cattle here in the States for 21 years and I have seen about everything you could imagine. I don't comment on much, but I have to give you massive attaboys on that bull stuck in the panel. You saved his life man!!! Bulls are surprisingly athletic, I have seen a bull that weighed over 2500lb jump over a 9 foot wall without much run up. They are just incredible.

Seeing that bull caught like that brings back a bad and gory memory from my childhood. One of my Aunt and Uncle's cows got caught like that on a gate and torn a large area of skin away from her hind quarter. One of the farm hands grabbed the tractor and with the vet surpervising had to remove the gate with the cow still on it so the vet could get her off from it and fix her up. It is something I will never forget. No one knows how it happened either. I am so glad he didn't hurt himself worse. And Omg that stone was huge! It made me a bit dizzy thinking about how much that poor cow was in.

Cows and bulls really have a talent for getting into places/situations that make you go. "Huh? How did you do that?"

Also, I brought my Hoof GP insulated traveler with me to the hospital because my husband was having a procedure. It was a good luck charm. Omg my heart stopped when I saw the bull in trouble in the preview. When it got a few seconds in with the actual ordeal I had to skip as much as I could cos my anxiety was in overdrive. I hate seeing animals in pain. I am amazed they managed to get him free relatively unscathed. Still need time for my heart rhythm to get back to normal 😂 what amazing work and thought goes into the job. I am truly in awe.

That was a very productive day. Beautiful looking animals. One very silly bull, I’m so glad you got him free. I lost one because he got himself free in the worst possible way and it happened so fast. Wow that second bull was huge but beautiful. He appeared to be very gentle. That cow must be so happy to get rid of that stone. My foot got sore just looking at it.

My grandson was on and educational tour, first stop was Scotland, he fell in love with the people and scenery Said hes moving there one day.
