Matching door cards have no shrinkage with only slight lift to the N/S rear door top and all plastics are beautifully preserved. Protected by genuine Ford Sierra rubber over mats, the plush colour-keyed velour carpet is free from wear and the neutral tone headlining is excellent. The optional five-speed manual gearbox helps modern day cruising.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES

HISTORY FILE
Manufactured in June 1983 and supplied new on the 1st August by Ford Main Dealer, Busseys of Norwich to Mr Dennis Vaughan. The car has had just two registered keepers in total with ownership passing to his son, Allen Vaughan, of same address in 2019. The vehicle order form and sales invoice are made out to the first owner and confirm the price paid of £6,222.89 less part exchange allowance of £1,922.89 for his 1979 Ford Cortina MK4 2.0S, clearly a Ford fan! The incredible history file includes the PDI checklist from the supplying dealer and receipts for accessories such as the headlamp guards and rear blinds. Even the cold start guide, recall letters and tax discs dating back to the very first issue in 1983 have been kept. The folder continues with a huge file of service receipts and invoices dating back to the first service in 1984 as well as comprehensive MOT records to warrant the 27,013 miles. In April 2024 a major service was carried out with all fluids changed as well as a cambelt and water pump replacement and full brake overhaul.
