The eggnog or egg liqueur comes from England. Since it contains rum, he settled in with us without any problem. Rum can also be replaced with vodka or brandy. You can subsequently use the egg liqueur for the preparation of various confectionery goodies. I prefer eggnog after meals, as a digestive. Its preparation is simple. Take great care to heat the egg yolks. The temperature of the bath must not exceed 80 degrees, otherwise you have scrambled eggs from your work! 😂 I wish you a good appetite and a wonderful advent!
