@@cschweitzy I am still on the hunt for an affordable and tastes decent protein powder myself. However, I tried Kachava and Vega and made pretty good morning coffee drink with those. I'm looking to try Just Ingredients next. Whey protein is said to help your body create glutathione. I am trying to find a good protein powder that has whey in it. Let me know if you find one that you like :)

Try drinking camomile tea and honey as you wind down before sleep, it works for me. Maybe because I’m British I just like tea though 😅

Does your lifting program include a de-load week? Consider that or maybe even taking a whole week off the gym where all you do is go for walks and some light stretching and maybe a massage.

The plan doesn’t have that but I am actually planning on doing that!! I talk about it in my next vlog hahaha but I’ve been taking a full week off after completing each program so im happy to see you comment about that!

I’d be a bit concerned that the red light is drying your eyes. Bumble bff is fun! Personally if I match, I look at their profile again, have literally one convo to get the vibes then plan to meet up! If you chit chat too much you run through all the easy topics for your first “date”. The harder thing about bumble bff than probably dating bumble is it’s actually harder to reject someone if you don’t feel it after you meet. Most people are only looking for one romantic partner, but you can have endless friends so it’s harder to find grounds to “end it” that don’t feel personal to them. I’ve never used TikTok I do watch YT shorts

Hey girl don’t want to freak you out but you might want to take a pregnancy test just in case, I’ve had a couple of friends have implantation bleeding that was similar to their period and they turned out to be preggo. Just a heads up!
