I love your videos and appreciate your raw honesty. You always give things a solid effort before sharing. I love your perspectives and approach to self care and wellbeing. If there’s one thing I could wish to see in the future is to learn more about the credible scientific evidence behind the strategies and products you use and how they compare to your anecdotal experience (maybe also acknowledging the role of the placebo effect). I think your relatability, open mindedness, and growth mindset could help so many people separate between what’s legit, what is just good marketing, and the power of your brain!

I bought a panel, but only because my face is tiny. I didn't feel the masks would fit me. Then i read that upu can use it on the body! That sold me.

That's unfortunate that you're reviewing this from a female Lane. I was hoping you would cover things like blood pressure, anxiety, energy level, joint pain but I guess he don't suffer from any of that at this point. I wanted to give this a try and I'm going to listen to the entirety of the clip but my assumptions when a woman reviews red light is oftentimes accurate. It's about blemishes and this and that the male reviewers are male reviewers slightly more autistic and delve deep deep into things that I wouldn't. I'm a man like they do. Wavelengths other things like blinking of the lights. It's just different perspectives on how to review a product. I use a red light bed. It's about almost $70,000 and a panning salon. It's by red light stem. FDA approved but let me finish watching your video
