A child will eat anything, a child will not judge. There is nothing wrong in what they eat. It's edible. Ask your professionals, what is the difference between pig and cows you devour, and whatever these people are eating, there is no difference. If you will go to india they will kill you for eating beef, Chinese will eat scorpians and everyone seems disgusted. It's all game of survival, which has become tradition. Don't hate anyone for eating any edible thing, just because your morals don't allow it. And yes I'm not Chinese, I'm Indian who is vegetarian, but not judgement like you are.
Karl is very easy to relate to. Most westerners would be pretty shocked going to places like this, but we'd be too afraid to really say anything. Luckily, Karl says what we all think! Nothing harmful, just surprised!

Karl has hit the nail on the head - what constitutes food or non-food. I guess we all learn that distinction when we are very young, told by our parents what we can and cannot eat ... and once it's programmed into us, it's extremely hard to break out of that mindset. Karl is great at spotting the issue, just not so good at expressing it.

Following seeing this I went to China in 2012 and specifically sought out this market in Beijing!! I’d highly recommend as an experience! Thank god for Karl Pilkington 😂
Ive been watching youtubers that travels abroad. They only say good things about it even though its really weird. As an asian, Ill admit we have weird delicacies. Karls a real one for saying all of that lol.

The worlds not mad its just not universal. Over in Europe they fancy blood in black pudding. Southeast asia has breeds of dog specifically for meat like we have bred cows and pigs.
Karl must have been starving living only on monster munch crisps. I can relate. I stayed overnight in Japan coming back from New Zealand. I was fortunate as I smuggled a couple of steak pies into the country.
