We have infrastructure defecit and as what the japanese economic and social development agency always say(JICA), Philippines is losing billions of Peso because of outdated infrastructure and poor urban planning. Our economy is transitioning from agricultural to industrial and we need this infrastructures to sustain it. when it comes to agricultural economy, i dont know. You see its been stagnant. Dont get me wrong but our agriculture technology is lagging behind compared to other countries. The reason? Of course government failure to develop infrastructure related to agriculture and as well as slow resesrch productivity. Also Lack of basic skills in farming(with science behind it) Most of the farmers are uneducated or only elementary graduate. And most of their children dont want to continue being a farmer. Most of farmers do not own the land they till. Now. About that new clark city project. Would you rather put the 13.5 billion for agriculture? Aside from the budget they already have through department of agriculture and department of agrarian reform?. You see, which one you reckon would be a better investment of that 13.5 billion php.??

We need people who wants the position for the opportunity to serve the country not to make money. Kung ang unang tanong ay magkano sweldo kung nag aapply pa lng delikado yan. Mayroon akong Niece na nag graduate sa PGH Nursing School at ngayon ay Medical Doctor ( Internal Medicine ) na siya. Ang principio niya ay Pinaaral siya ng government sa Nursing niya at kahit nag private siya ng Medical School niya ay wala sa isipan niyang bawiin ang gastos niya sa pag abroad kondi gustong manatili pa rin sa PINAS para makapag Silbi sa mga kababayan natin.
