He can use it in the mid screen or the corner to get an actual sliding knockdown at lower hitstun by himself if you prefer sliding to the tech state that his grabs result in. It also ground bounces so you can bring people to the ground and cancel into either hell heat, combo with assists without using up your grabs or a combination of both! 4:46 In this scenario j2H will also frame trap from jH so they can’t 2H you. On block, just like on hit, you can cancel safely into 236S, try to extend your turn solo with 214S, use 236M or 236H to grab them as quick as you can!

Goofy thing about 16 supers is his air lv 1 is safe on block, which means you have a 1 bar, you can bait a 2h or their attempt to punish your super
