Damaging testimony was given at the re-trial of baseball legend Roger Clemens, who is charged with lying to congress about his use of steroids or Human Growth Hormone. Chip Reid reports.
Evidence that money talks. That the judicial system is flawed as the innocent man can be proven guilty and the guilty are proven innocent. How is it that the "truth" is only used in personal benefit? My whole life was ruined because of someones false judgement on me and my willingness to tell the truth(which is manipulated and put into interpretation of whatever ways and forms the officers or one on the case is feeling) and not seek counsel in what I had no clue to be involved made me suffer in damages till this day more than a guilty man walking away for having kept his 5th amendment rights and denying everything. Its messed up because Imagine all the ones who have been accused of wrong doings due to testimonys with far less evidence than this case, who were innocent, and are still paying the damages. It's is not an "assumed innocent until proven guilty" system. It is an "assume guilty and take anything spoken out of context and against the one being accused".
All of these guys take steroids or other forms of drugs to improve there game. This has been the normal for years !!!! Baseball and the NFL know !!! Even in soccer ! NBA and swimmers !! Boxers , tennis players.
