Every video of him working out is a year ago before he became champion. Since he's become the champion all the other videos is him showing off jewelry, living the good life, talking smack but nothing in the gym. He earned his celebration and vacation and I am happy for him. I hope he's going to be ready because AJ wants those belts back. Fighting isn't about diet. Some of you folks just dont seem to understand that. Especially as a heavyweight. Diet only matters when you have you make weight. All that muscle AJ has on his frame is the reason why he needs a lot more oxygen. Hence why he gets tired quickly.
Why mend something thats not broken Hes got speed and great stamina and a decent chin as well.. I think he should do fine, Tua was another boxer who was on the healthier side but a damn good figher as well
