I can't listen to Andy. My wife of 20 years recently left me, and Andy's playing is so heartfelt it makes me cry. Just 5 seconds into the intro and I had to shut it down. What a great player.

Each time I listen to the princess, words can't justify the mastery behind Andy's mind from a composition standpoint, every note has a meaning, nothing more nothing less. There's not a single note one could expect to add or subtract! This is one of his track, that puts Andy at the top of my list as a composer/songwriter This is a masterpiece! The Master of Phrasing!

You jammed the SHIT out of that song, specially the last 2 mins ! That gave me chills, your music never disappoints. I had never heard that song until just now and I’ve already had to rewind the song back several times. That last solo is so fluid, and just the perfect notes for that riff. You always keep it soulful too. It’s not just a thousand notes but it’s notes with a heartbeat

Andy Timmons does guitar perfection before we knew what it was. This man writes and plays songs that rival his contemporaries on so many levels. I lament and revere this talent all at the same time. He's so good it makes me angry...but I love how that feels. That's 33% of my emotional capacity. ...And for a guy who's limited to 3 feelings (content, pissed-off and aroused) I am at a loss to explain the exact mix.

Hey Andy, do you know what makes you such a great guitarist, you don't because all the good guitarists I've ever known always feel they're missing something and that they have to keep striving and that's a good thing. What makes you so good is that you have a unique sound and tone a unique way of playing every single note be it fast or melodic that nobody else has. I don't have to see you play to know that it's you. I've never met a great Jazz, Rock, Funk, Blues, Fusion, Classical guitarist . You are either mediocre in all these styles or you find your sound, your music and it's that sound that you have that makes you unique. Take care. Mike.
