Anfim Luna Commercial Espresso Coffee Grinder
Designed and built at Anfim's Milan headquarters, the Luna has 65mm hardened steel flat burrs from sister company Mahlkönig along with a stepless adjustment for fine-tuning dial-ins. Luna's max speed is 1,800RPM, which equates to one single espresso every 2.5 seconds, or 3.6 grams of ground coffee per second. In addition, users can select from four different programmable recipes and track and explore a wide variety of statistical usage metrics with the device's 3.5-inch touchscreen display, which Anfim states is an open interface and can be used with third-party content. Users with password access can also change the grind settings in the “basic mode.”

Anfim's newest grinder is more than flashy tech; it's designed with high-volume cafe workers in mind. Luna has "simple service access" to all frequently serviced parts that can be repaired or replaced without disassembling the grinder. In addition, the spout is easily removable, allowing for easy cleaning and adjusting to ensure a centered dose into the portafilter.
