May sentimental value po sakin ang sansrival. Nung bata pa ko lagi po kaming binibili ng lolo ko or papa ko. Tandang tanda ko nun sa burger machine nila binibili. At alam ko po nun mga 15 pesos isa nung time na yun. Ngayon naiisip ko ang laki na sigurong kabawasan sa budget namin ng 15 pesos. Pero dahil paborito namin ng kapatid ko, yan lang ang alam nila makakapagpasaya samin. Kaya paulit ulit ko po papanoorin to chef hanggang matutunan ko🥰

Honesty I enrolled in Sansrival Class sa Bailiwick Academy. Pero when I first did IT, nahirapan ako sa pagtanggal nung meringue sa pan. I firstbtasted sanzrival when I was always visiting my aunts house in bacolod. She was a great baker of different pastries. Now, her daughter has a bakery and still exists in bacolod.they were known as one of the best tasting bread and pastries in bacolod.

When we were young, we always bought Sans rival (without rival) from Merced bakeshop. Years ago, I tried Nora Daza’s receipe (somebody gave me her recipe book) and it was so masarap din. I think the icing is not American Buttercream. The recipe uses egg yolks, so it must have the French buttercream. The buttercream requires making sugar syrup and streaming it at the side while beating the egg yolk. Your recipe chef is so much easier. Thank you!

Sansrival is my one and only fave cake/pastry. Ever since I was a child, every occation my family will always buy that. I remember goldilock was still selling that before.
Naku may natutunan ako sa video na ito, very valuable! I made a sans rival for gift giving in the US one time. I had very bad technique for shaping the meringue, ang hirap but matigas ulo ko so go lang. It was a huge hit and nag request ng isa pa yung niregaluhan ko pero sinabihan ng wife nya na tama na. Alam nya kasing mahirap gawin and very rich. 😂 I think it's time to make it again using your technique. Thank you so much!
