Sigh, maybe in another timeline Angel and Cordelia got to be together. I think I fell more in love with them through your videos. Angel and Buffy felt so..melodramatic to me. Very fantasy, but I guess that's what people loved during that time? The relationships that build and slowly grow into having vulnerable conversations and character development. Where they ground each other and don't have to hide. The reality. That's for me.

Right away starting out with Angel telling Buffy he can't be in the light with her to Cordy bringing the light to him. Like...I just can't with this video!! I love your use of the "It was supposed to go home, hotel, hotel, husband" and Cordy on the date with the shallow rich guy to show the fantasies she had that were never real, unlike what she finds with Angel! And just the way you showed their mutual pain at the end of s3 of btvs that cut them open. /cries/ OMG and them at the bronze finding each other when they were waiting for other people for "Out of all the wrong arms right into that dive bar" THAT IS EPIC!!! The heart contrast....I CAN'T BREATHE!!! I love that so much!!! "She's not his type" JFC look at the way he smiles at her. Like...there are probably a total of three Angel smiles in btvs and they are directed at Cordy! haha and aaww I always love him getting her sense of humor too! "that boy's gonna need some serious oxygen when I'm through with him" to their breathtaking kiss! hehe and aaaww I love seeing them walk in alone in their formal wear at the prom to them walking arm in arm!! lol I have to say I'm happy I FINALLY got an Ats vid done to a Taylor song! There are SO many good ones for Cangel (I mean, for several things really but I do think most of my T.Swift vid ideas are CA related lol) but the PARALLELS I knew I could draw with this song were irresistable. Lol I'm glad you appreciated it. I should just do a visual concept album, Angel-related vids with Taylor's discography. LMAO.

I love this so much!! I've been obsessed with the song and I haven't seen much of BtVS and none of Angel outside of a few vid things but I know enough to get how this would work and it's such a creative ship choice for the song and clearly works so well, the way you drew the parallels and showed with voiceovers how well the song fits! It's perfect and so sweet.
