I knew this girl would have the singing chops her family does when she sang to the Virgen de Guadalupe in San Antonio, Texas. It was beautiful and she was 10 I think. Love this version of the Llorona, the song always makes me a bit sad.
She comes from a family of legends! Grandfather: Antonio Aguilar grandmother: Flor Sylvestre father: Pepe Aguilar and brother Leonardo Aguilar!! All beautiful voices check them out if you have the chance!!
Let's not forget her dad Pepe Aguilar who is also a fantastic singer. 🙂 Edit: Sorry, I hadn't read the other comments mentioning him and actually disregarding the legend that is her grandfather.
Hey! Could you recommend a few songs from him that you think are the best? I want to get to know him, but I don't really know what I should listen to. :)
Demagogia aparte
@@TITANICO41 What's wrong with this person's comment? Lol. All they said is it sounded like the uploader was amazed by a beautiful song that comes from our country. Which is true. The song and video has deep cultural ties to our legends, customs and indigenous heritage. So like?? Lol
She comes from a Mexican charro dynasty... her brother, dad, uncle, cousins and grandparents can sing.. she sounds like her grandma, Flor silvestre( wild flower)
Her dad is an amazing Mexican singer too she has a great example to follow . She is an amazing young lady that's going to go far in life w that amazing talent.
@@vickyb.3522 Correct but not Mexicans, Im Mexican American born in California, i claimed to be Mexican one time crossing over back to the USA, they told me you're not Mexican and will never be your an american, and I told them to fuck off, its Mexican American .
This is such an old folk song that it's nearly impossible to make your own. I can only think of two singers who took it to the next level: Chavela Vargas and Lila Beltrán. Now she's the third person to do so. If this song reminds you of Coco, it's because they used a version of it in the movie. They wrote mostly new verses because the Mouse must have his copyright cash, but there are dozens and dozens of different verses so no one batted an eye. The Coco version's seems to have been inspired by Chavela, if heavily watered down.
She comes from an actors and singers family. Her grandparents and father are excellent and exceptional singers. Viva Angela Aguilar! Latin young, and truly singer and interpreter. Beautiful, and delicate girl. She shows her quality as artist.
Her Grammy performance of this song is amazing! It's what made me listen to her music and RU-vid videos. She is extremely talented and has a fun, kind, sweet personality.
She was 15 years old at the time of this video... She was the youngest ever Grammy nominated in 2018 for this regional ranchero album. Her father is Grammy-winning mariachi singer and songwriter Pepe Aguilar. Her grandfather is the late Grammy-nominated master mariachi singer and actor Antonio Aguilar. And her grandmother is the prolific Mexican singer and actress Flor Silvestre.
To the amazing producer of this channel. As a Latin Woman I am HONORED that you want to learn about our culture. I truly believe that if other people chose to learn about the beauty in others cultures and respect the differences as well this world would be a much better place, somewhere to be truly proud of. So THANK YOU with all my heart and many, many blessings your way!!
Hi Jamel !! This is the best video of La Llorona !! Her Dad must be very proud of Her !! She comes from a Real Family of famous performers and very respected artists, Her Dad is PEPE AGUILAR and Granparents : ANTONIO AGUILAR and FLOR SILVESTRE !! (Movie stars and singers) . Angela Aguilar hereritage this Dynasty talents !! Thanks Jamel !! 🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🎤🎤🎤
Angela is the newest integration in the singing DYNASTY that is the Aguilar family. Started by Antonio Aguilar and Flor Silvestre, the Aguilar family boasts a level of success that is truly remarkable.
She is 3rd generation singer. Famous Brother, Father and Grandfather. Phenomenal Song / Video. Great Reaction. Keep it up. Can you React to ( Lo Busque - Leonardo, Ángela y Majo Aguilar). They are the Aguilar Siblings. Acapela. Nothing but a guitar. Phenomenal rendition. Thank You.
Her whole family is talented. She's the granddaughter of 2 legendary Mexican singers and actors Antonio Aguilar y Flor Silvestre. Her father is a famous Mexican singer in his own right, Pepe Aguilar, and then her and her siblings all sing. There's a beautiful video on youtube of her singing in a studio with her siblings together called "Lo Busque" by Angela, Leonardo, y Majo Aguilar. I highly suggest you react to that collaborative song as well as some by her grandparents and father.
I had never heard of Angela Aguilar before seeing this video. She has a beautiful voice. I had to look up "llorona." It means "weeping woman." Thanks for the video.
She sings wonderful she comes from a family of singers brother Lionardo Aguilar her dad Pepe Aguilar and her Grandfather was an amazing singer Antonio Aguilar u should react to their videos ..
Yup! She’s good, hence part of the Aguilar Dynasty!!! From her father to her grandfather and grandmother!!!! Loved by many, if not all. Should see if you can find her grandfather in here somewhere.... Antonio Aguilar
I've been a fan of Angela for a while and I showed this song to a Spanish teacher like in September and she's always playing this song in spanish class but she has the most prettiest voice ever.😭❤

Her voice is sooo similar to her grandmother's voice when she was young she was in amazing singer too her name is Flor Silvestre I love all that family are great singers.
Yeah that's a very deep song in the way she sings it really breaks your heart imagine if you could understand it why you're listening to that it does make you want to cry. I grew up with my grandma playing songs like this one in the evenings in the room when she was reminiscing of the times for my grandfather but the same sentiment and deep feeling behind the songs all I can remember was how sad she was in her she's supposed to curtains after Sunset and she will listen to songs and the dark and as a child I knew something deep deep inside her was full of pain. So deep so deep that I could feel it and see me without even knowing what pain was.
Its in her blood she comes from a family of pure royalty voices and Cinema. Her grandfather Antonio Aguilar ,her grandmother Flor Silvestre and her father Pepe Aguilar. An Icon in mexico. Beautiful Voice they say she looks and sounds like her grandma when young.
The song is originally about the author getting completely struck in awe one evening over the beauty and sadness of an unknown woman whom he crossed on his way tu church , she evidently in mourning. He was head over heels and never knew anything about her, because of respect. He never approached her, he never knew anything about her. He just wrote a song about her,, 'the crying one'.
