EXACTLY! The way Angelina emotes is like no other. She makes you FEEL each and every time. That is one of the reasons why she is so addictive. But only ONE of the reasons. There is a plethora of reasons😊 As for her age, she was 12 here. Actually, whenever you see her and this guitarist, his name is Ivan Mendez, Angelina is ALWAYS 12. I love the way you can react with your daughter and at the same time give your focus to Angelina, I love your easygoing way, I want to be more like that. It reminds me of a video of Angelina where she is singing "La Boheim" and her sister is with her trying to get Angelina's attention. Angelina gives her attention without missing a note of the song, even to the point Juliet is playing with Angelina's ear, but Angelina showed her sister love and kept on singing.

Yeah man, it's only the best video anyone has ever put on the internets really. Impossible to top. A 12 year old messing us up like that with Adele's gorgeous song, unreal. Sometimes the earth moves beneath your feet watching this one. Sometimes the bye at the end nearly kills you. It's a trip.

AJ typically kicks it up another notch on the second verses, but never ever over sings them. When together with Ivan she is always 12 years old. He said in the Alan Papier interview he still cherishes the time they had together making these home videos (2 or 3 per session) and hopes to someday play for her again. He said her whole family were all warm and loving and great fun to be around. You can see that in her mom, Sara, in how she interacts with musicians and fans at concerts, events, etc.

Angelina said singing is like breathing. In her first audition at NGT one judge said you were born to sing. We have seen her at one and a half. Clearly her first language is not Norwegian. It is music. She communicates through music like no one l have ever heard. You just said that and this just occurred to me. After eight years of constantly listening to her.

The thing about all the new AJ fans will be the wave of discovery of a mountain of these astonishing covers. Imagine hearing a cool new song by a young singer, you by the single or download the ep and the door opens. Work hasn’t heard from you, friends call goes to vm. Your family calls for a safety check and the police show up and you’re just getting to video 172 with a big smile on your face. 4 hours later the police department hasn’t heard back from the two officers sent on a check…

I think she is 12 or 13 in that one. Also, as another person commented, please react to her cover of Christian recording artist Lauren Daigle's song "You Say." It's a lyrical prayer of gratitude to God for the reassurance of His love and confirmation of our being worthwhile to Him. It was the very last song of her virtual Christmas Special in 2021, and she dedicated it to all her supportive fans. She was 15, and she and the song both are stunning. She is so good that I believe she will rewrite Music History and become a Music Legend. Adele is one of the best but nobody can emit the emotion and soul of a song like Angelina. I think she reads the lyrics first before listening to the song. In this way she can understand the feeling and emotion the artist wants to convey. Then she arranges it to be able to dramatically convey the feeling and emotion to us. She takes iconic songs and makes them Angelina songs. Her vocals, tones and smokiness do the rest. She is already The Greatest of All Time! Just amazing!!

The first time I heard her was December 2019 when I just happened to come across her video of "I Put a Spell on You" at age 9, and I've been under that "spell" ever since! If there is a "Love Potion #9" (as an old song goes) to make someone have a grandfatherly type of love for a girl he's never even met, I drank it! I'm 68 and hope I'm around a bit longer to see her career explode onto the worldwide scene!

She will be a worldwide superstar if people just hear her. 200 vids and I've never seen an even average song. She is music as the judge on NYT said. She doesn't even need the production of RR. She could do these sit downs at 17 and it would amazing. Kind of hope she includes a fewer slower song like this in her EP. She is a great person too. Nothing not to like!

She takes a 'Gold Standard' original by Adele that was fantastic, then decides to record it on the spur of the moment with her friend Ivan on guitar. Neither were fully familiar with the song so Ivan just follows her lead and she reads the lyrics off a tablet at her side, arranges it to her preference, and proceed's to release a rendition that has more emotion laden penetration than Adele. It's insane.......but it's true. There is no one who can sing a heartfelt ballad on a level with this girl with the only exception being her musical mentor Billie Holiday, who basically taught her all the finer points of emotional singing.

As usual, loved your reaction!! Ivan Mendez who was her guitarist when she first moved to LA stated in an interview that she and her family would call and invite him over, When he arrived they would eat and talk for a while then the two of them would discuss different songs and when one came up that she wanted to sing he would run thru it to get the music right then she would tell him to just follow her and off they would go! He said that very seldom did they do a second take and when they did it was because he messed up, not her! She would sing like she had done the song a 1000 times all the while reading the lyrics as she sang! If you watch him in the songs they did together you can see the pleasure, admiration, and disbelief in his face in every one of them. Oh, and this was the period when she was 12/13 and when she did some of her best work!

I think at age 12 the deepest emotion I had felt was when I realized I was too old to play with Barbies anymore! 😂 And Parker’s commentary was spot on, proving she is brilliant as well as adorable 😊.

No one covers Adele’s songs like Angelina does. Even at this age of twelve years old, Angelina’s vocal capabilities, techniques and skills are more advanced and sophisticated than Adele’s are. Adele is a good singer, but I prefer to listen to Angelina sing Adele’s songs because she moves me. Adele doesn’t.
