It's about 4.55am in the morning here in the UK 🇬🇧....I couldn't sleep, so I picked up my phone & went on RU-vid & saw this very, very recent reaction of your to the one & only 'Angel" 💖 As an old English pensioner (from Yorkshire) & a diehard "Angel" fan of 2 yrs. or so, I agree with you that this is the best version of this cover. How hard is it singing "live" like this with her fans just a few feet away from her?...yet it just pours from her, effortlessly 😳...& your reaction is, as usual, just like the rest of us fans....disbelieving admiration !...(& hanky waving in your case) 😅...keep 'em coming 👍👍 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

This is Norway. That was the crowd going crazy! This is how Norwegians and Swedians...er, Swedes show extremely emotional reactions. It probably took them at least 3-4 seconds to compose themselves and get ready for the next performance. Any spontaneous eruptions of standing ovations would have been carried out by foreigners who came to see the concert. Security may have escorted them to a holding area to recover.

C'mon Nick, you know you've gotta get your waving thing ready before Angelina even starts to sing!

She can make you cry singing the phone book. You smile and cry at the same time. She is simply amazing.

"She is one of the best singers I have ever heard. I am not even joking." I go one step further...I will say that she IS the BEST SINGER EVER. Her artistry, vocal abilities, and storytelling capabilities are unmatched by anyone, anywhere, any time.

Angelina’s AGT “Bohemian Rhapsody” performance has been one of my favorites from her ever since I first heard it for a variety of reasons even beyond the insane 13-year-old vocals. So much so that I almost didn’t want to hear her sing it again because I thought the first time was perfection. After listening to this new version several times, sung 2.5 years later, it’s obvious. The first time *was* perfect … for 13-year-old Angelina. And this newer version is *also perfect* … for 16-year-old Angelina. She has improved across-the-board at a scary rate and so I can totally see why you said this might be your favorite vocal from her. (That centerpiece ascending riff you replayed a few times? I felt it, too, especially the way she segmented the second part into four notes instead of sliding all the way up like she did at AGT.) Thing is … she’s going to keep improving and moving the bar higher. I think we’ll all be saying “this is my new Angelina favorite” over and over as she comes out with new song after new song and - hopefully - new album after new album. Going to be so fun to keep watching what she does next. Keep reacting, Dude. You’re great at it. Thanks.

The maturity in Angelina's voice in just three short years since she did this on AGT is mind blowing. She still just sixteen years old and singing masterpieces for us. When I think back at my following Angelina, I can't help but think about all the emotion she has brought to me, not just beautiful notes and lyrics, but heartfelt gut reactions. Angelina sang this rendition on AGT when she was 13 and we also heard it live during her Christmas concert last December.

I hear you. No fun to read that kind of rant. I like your reactions a lot. I agree with your assessment of Angelina Jordan's voice. And it is not east to sing outdoors, even though she has done these outdoor Norway venues since winning NGT in 2014, until Covid shut things down a bit. This was her first time back "home" since Covid. She has kept on working to hone the artistry of her instrument, AND, is now navigating the changes in her instrument. SO, wow. Good things coming. 💜

She has power, control, vibrato fry, perfect runs, ability to switch between head and chest voice flawlessly and do it all in a delicate way. Keep up the good work!

I dunno your stand on this, but I have been of the opinion for a few years already that Angelina is one of the best vocalists out there, if not THE best. Already at 16, we're starting to see glimpses of what her musical future may sound like. But just SMALL glimpses, for if there is ONE thing we who have followed Angelina for a while have learned, it has to be that she NEVER stops evolving. We know Angelina loves to be on stage but one gets the sense that she is not there awaiting nor requiring the crowd response. It is more like she has an internal standard, a self-imposed goal, and direction for what she is singing. So she closes her eyes and vocally delivers that magnificent, complex, emotional story to the audience at a level of excellence of which most can only dream. Then rather humbly, she seems even a little surprised that her audience recognizes what she did. Then..she does it again!

More depth and maturity in her voice now barely wins out over the AGT initial shock and amazement of the first time I heard her. Thanks for this reaction. Nick, Angelina’s effortless ability to switch from her head to chest voice is as smooth as silk. It’s not a conscious effort for her to do so. It’s an instinctive reflex action.

Best voice/artist ever! Had this on loop for half an hour and still pick up on small inflections, never mind her new, rich voice; there are so many things to fall in love with here, where to start? Glad I’m not you, trying to react ‘on the spot’ when you’re almost tongue-tied. Glad to see you’re treating racism aimed at you with a smile and a shake of your head. I’ll just never understand why the colour of your skin/or your religion matters, hate is SO ugly on a person.

I think it's her best too. One problem we may have is her version at 13. Maybe a little more steady, hypnotic. Iconic, it was massive. It probably has 100Mil + views. I know while the beauty in her voice was a new clear improvement, the belt and runs around it is honestly the most beautiful thing I've ever heard, challenge that I dare you, while the difficulty was upped and the execution remained perfect, my brain was a bit stuck on the little differences from the previous version we heard a thousand times. So honestly the captivating ride that this performance gives, was incorrectly lost on me the first handful of times I watched this. I would have given the edge to her first version, never mind her best ever, but I knew the issue must be me and made sure to watch it a number of times. It was a hundred percent just my brain expecting to hear something else, and her more complex vocals always kind of take a number of listens. Jazz isn't popular, can easily be a noisy mess, but when the greats do it, man it is so complex it takes a bit to unravel it, soak it in, and then let it also finally take you on a ride. Staying power, same song sounds different every time. This was 100% her best performance, in all ways, and it's live. Glad you watched this without her previous version fresh in your mind. I'd watch it over and over. More relatable song for me than her other vocal master classes, and her best voice, techniques, very difficult and like many, perfectly delivered vocals and moving. Not sure what the keys were, may have something to do with it, her voice never sounded that gorgeous. Sometimes more interesting, more moving, never like that. I'm not sure what happened, you saw it coming with easy on me and my funny valentine. But this year suspicious minds, this, and I have nothing provide 3 very different voices, styles and masterclasses of the highest level. It's like a whole showcase of her versatility, style and beautiful powerful voice. Her live shows with good audio were all insane like this one, for a live performance. Leads me to believe the ones with poor audio were also great, given I heard poor quality versions, and good quality versions of the same performance a few times. I mean I don't need to wait for the rest of the world to notice. She is one of the best singers you've ever heard, and just ever, live too, at only 16. Everyone who thought she would be has only gotten more sure of it this summer.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that Brian May granted Angelina license to use Bohemian Rhapsody. If so, maybe we'll have a studio version on her debut album with Republic Records. Angelina is the total package of talent, hard work, focus, family, kindness, and love. I think God put a "little angel" (all 6' 1" of her) here for such a time as this.

It seems that every time I watch angelina these days she raises the bar, every performance is better than the last one😲 And having watched her since she was young, I feel really proud of her✌️

I agree this is her best version. So gorgeous and intricate! Funny thing - this show is called "Sing-along at the border" (border to Sweden). In Angelina's case, there were VERY few that attempted to sing along. All the crowd would (and could) do was to sit silently and try to take it all in with all their senses.

I agree; she has progressed at an amazing rate, even since her AGT performance. This one makes her gorgeous AGT performance almost to shame! BTW, your audio is fine but her's is very low - keep any eye on the indicators.

You should check out if you haven't yet a million miles at the konburg festival either the 7th or the 10th either one cuz that won't even sounds even better than you or originally singing in a studio

Good isn't she. I remember a video of her as a little child at school where she wouldn't join in and sing a Christmas carol. It was as if it was so 'old hat' and so uncool to do so. Definitely she was even then over talented to sing a rote carol.
