In a road rage incident caught on dashcam, biker rear ends tempo traveller due to reckless cab driver taking a u turn illegally. Angry biker gets down and confronts with the reckless cab driver. However the cab driver argues back as though he has not done anything wrong. he argument continues for a minute further and cab driver later drives on the wrong side of the road

This is the problem. The driver doesn't even realise his mistake and very few people will actually confront those reckless drivers and that gives them a sense of immunity

How dare you people question the cab driver. I mean he just passed a no uturn sign and took a uturn anyway. Thats his birth right. A case must be filed against anybody who looked at the cab driver the wrong way for he is God.

Its inexcusable, also customers never tell cab drivers or auto drivers to deliberately break the law....these cab drivers have made it a habit and act as if they own the road. Suspending their license will bring them to reality

These drivers are so used to foul language and fine that nothing bothers them anymore . It's better to report them to police and move on . They don't care if they cause a massive accident also.

In this case , that biker may have maintained the gap but due to slope and pinion rider it would be difficult to stop suddenly and they have hit that Van. That cab driver not only caused accident to biker and van, may have caused accident to this dash cam vehicle too. Hope this Cab driver get fined.

See I'm also a driver but I don't do like this if it's so far u turn also...I'll don't take wrong turns if my guest vip also ...but I don't know about this incident is that emergency r what...but it's wrong 🙏 but please don't blame all drivers....... actually Im subscriber of bad drivers of Bangalore from two years ..... because everyone has to follow the rules..... from this channel people will follow the rules atleast....i watched all ur videos brother... thank you.

BMTC, Swiggy/Zomato/Blinkit, Autorickshaw, Cab, Two-wheeler - they are above the law in the given order. Private car, truck are at the lowest end of the law. They are at fault by default without making any mistake.

Don't put BMTC in that group of jokers.... atleast they have some sense of responsibility considering the size of their vehicle. I've rarely seen them jump signals, and they don't, becuz it'll be cut from their earnings if they jump. Yeah they don't drive as well either, but honestly, a world ahead of the others you've clubbed them with. Honestly, private cars drive just as badly on the road, be it KA or non-KA vehicles. It's terrible.

I mean, while I'm totally against the cab driver, I also wonder why the scooter people could not brake properly. If they saw the front end of a vehicle protruding out on one side, it should be common sense that somebody is taking a turn. So you slow down and even apply brakes if necessary. More importantly, why were they so close to the Winger? I keep a whole bike's length of space between me and the vehicle in front of me. Of course, in places like Fancy Bazar, doing that is impossible, but aside those situations, is it that difficult to keep safe distances?

It is a catch22 situation. At a signal everyone stands bumper to bumper. It takes a few hundred meters before you can gain that space. Further lanes near the road edges are occupied by parking, street vendors, shop encroachments and pedestrians. So every one crowds into the one unobstructed lane. Traffic is a multifaceted problem. Cleanup has to happen starting from RTO, police, corporator, construction people and the drivers. You know how our government agencies work. For example, new vehicles are coming with such intense LED lights as to blind the on-coming drivers. They are registered by the RTOs. But you know what the police are planning to do? Catch and fine the drivers of such vehicles. 😮 It is as if the officers or the committee that was responsible for certifying a new vehicle model that it is road worthy is non existent or not accountable. You and me will be penalized for legally buying a new vehicle which you registered at RTO by paying fees and road tax. Slap the middle class is the easy resort of governments.

Nope. He never had the time to stop the bike. He was maintaining a good distance l. It was the sudden stop that caused the collision. Cab drivers fault.

If he could not stop the vehicle for the speed at which he’s going, that means he hasn’t maintained enough distance. If it is slow moving traffic, not maintaining minimum distance will only give very minimal impact. If it’s moving at greater speeds, then the vehicle will cover more distance on breaking compared to slower speeds, hence the minimum distance to be maintained with the vehicle in the front should be greater. There’s no constant formula that you need to maintain x distance always. It always depends on the speed at which you’re moving.

Hello there, No its cab driver's fault it was sudden right turn and moreover he was getting into oneway. And if you are aware of bangalore traffic culture ,if the fault was of cabbie then TT guy would have also stopped for him....notice that the cab driver didn't get down of vehicle . Else that fellow would have created a scene if the same would have been done by bike person 😅😅
