I can tell you right now. I will ALWAYS take threats of a lawsuit as an empty threat and ignore them. The only way I will take a threat of a lawsuit seriously is if I am served papers of a lawsuit. As a good 90%+ of lawsuit threats amount to nothing. Plus for Karen thinking she can sue OP and her business. There is NOTHING OP has done that would warrant a lawsuit. So the chance of Karen actually getting a lawyer based on facts or the truth is next to none. The health department may request an inspection. But if everything is in order. Then OP has nothing to worry about. Plus the media probably wouldnt do a story or report on Karens lies as they are unfounded and dont matter for the media. OP could have called the cops and gotten her officially and legally trespassed so if she tried to step foot into OP's business. She could, possibly, be arrested. As for Karen going to jail.
