My 06 yz450f had a bit of speed wobble at 80mph but when i changed gearing i moved my rear tire back about 1/2 an inch and its completely gone and 90mph feels stable... Maybe its just guys with chains to short and the rear wheel adjusted all the way in making it unstable

Only a coward or a woman carries a gun unless is part of their job like a cop. The a$$hole and his buddy caused the incident by blocking the lanes, swerving about, slowing down and antagonising the driver. If only they had pulled into the right-hand lane when they saw a car coming none of this would have happened. They have probably done this before , got scared and bought guns. It wouldn't be allowed in a normal, civilised, Western Country.

he is driving for 11 years, so he is just a beginner! i never had a wobble while driving a motorbike, but i just drive for 38 years! but maybe it helps a little that i had a proper drivers training back in the 80s, looks like the USA dont have something comparable in 2023! and did you know, some people dont drive straight in a curve.... and the tail of the dragon isnt impressive, after a few thousand kilometers driving in the Swiss, French, Italian, Austrian and German Alpes!

A speed wobble can be caused by uneven fork travel, misaligned wheels, or simply by the front wheel lifting and coming down at an angle; causing the bikes gyroscopic effect to correct and overcorrect itself. Let of the accelerator and lean forwards while having a loose grip on the bars.

Do you even ride? What you describe sounds like a recipe for disaster. The best recovery I've even seen from a tank slapper is a guy on a 1000cc who pulled a wheelie which ended the tank slapper and then he set the front wheel back down and continued on his way.

@@abikeanditsboy3449 wrong, the wobble gets worse because people grip the bars too tight. Wheelies can help in very specific circumstances, IF your bike is powerful enough to do it on command... Number 1 thing is to relax, don't fight the bars. Grip as tight as you can with your legs, but since the bike is bucking and you can't grip with your hands, leaning over the tank helps center your gravity in line with the bike's. The gain you get over control far outweighs any additional weight transfer onto the front forks. But if you want to be a ragdoll you can lean back and throttle out and see how that goes. If I do go down I'd rather it be at 50 mph instead of 80+. -someone who has come out without wrecking on several large and small wobbles on street and on track.

Wobble is resonance the same way you get feedback on a guitar amp at a certain fret or turning on a lathe where it starts shaking. Every physical thing has a resonance frequency and when you hit it on a motorcycle it results in what nowadays is referred to as a tank slapper. The way to get out of it is to lean forward because it changes the resonance frequency just like when you move your finger to another fret on the guitar and the feedback stops.

When approaching a roundabout in the UK don't do it at way over the speed limits and by illegally overtaking on the left as you approach the roundabout weaving in and out of traffic. I went to the gas station before heading to work and this dude was just chilling in the only non ethonol pump for 30 minutes so I walk up to ask him since he was done could he move up so I could get gas so I’m not late for work. He starts off semi reasonable before getting pissed and coming at me so I back off and just say alright to him and getting back on my bike. 4 more dudes hop out the truck and surround me and one guy hit my helmet and tried to push me off the bike and failed. I was gonna try my chances with them all till I peeped one guy hanging back with his hand in his pocket. I legit thought I was gonna get shanked for asking some tweakers politely if they could pull up so I could get gas lol.
