Jeff, I don't remember when I first started following your channel but it's been at least over a decade. Thank you for continuing to keep this journey going, while I haven't played an Animal Crossing game in years I still have fond memories of the Gamecube version from my childhood. And as others have said, kudos to you for tracking all of this, it's a cool personal history you have. Looking forward to more of your content over the coming years!
I'm tempted to do this for my games. Every single one of my towns has been named Pokemon since GameCube (to be fair, I was 5). The only issue is the game cards no longer have the data from my original towns (for GC and Wii). I could go off my memories though! Fruit: GC = Apples WW = Pears CF = Cherries NL = Apples (before I lost my cartridge) and Peaches (when I bought a new one) NH = Peaches I've always wanted oranges, but it feels like cheating if I force it...
Jeff, not sure if u remember but a couple years ago I was asking you about Gulliver in this game. Ever since I was really young I would watch vids of u finding his UFO. I just started a new town on my Wii U and I FINALLY found him !!🛸
I actually like him, it's just that I like everyone in my New Leaf town. Since the newer games make it so easy to keep villagers, it's often hard to let villagers leave (so I rarely get villagers I dislike). But if there's anything I don't like about Cube (in my New Leaf town), it's that he's frequently hiding in the museum, and he doesn't seem to be in town as much as my other villagers. So it's hard to find him a lot of the time. But I do still like him. 🙂
Sorry if this is a somewhat common question, but would you ever consider doing some live streams of your gameplay? I've been watching your videos for 15 years now and I struggle to find live, consistent content of Animal Crossing in the manner that you play it in. Would be an absolute treat to watch your sessions in real time. Thanks!
I've always thought June was really cute, but I've never had her before New Horizons (except on a temporary GameCube island once). I had a hard time deciding between her, Static, and Bob, but I ultimately chose June. It's not because of summer, though.
They're the small ponds that aren't connected to any rivers. (Where you'll usually find frogs and killifish.) Most towns start with two of them, although it can vary a bit in some games.
I don't play it, although I did try it once or twice. It's always disappointing to lose a free-to-play game, but I'm glad they're giving the option to transfer your stuff to a paid version so people don't have to lose everything they've worked towards. At least there won't be any more micro-transactions!
