Oh my god when the bees came after me I used to get really scared and try and go into the nearest house and when I got in there I waited like an hour in game before going out again just incase if the bees were waiting for me 😂😂

I introduced my friend Christina to this series when we were 10, in 2005, and we played this game a ton. We played the AC games up until about 2008 when we were 12, which was the age we kinda drifted apart. I haven't spoken to her in years. I tried to reach out to her via Facebook a few years ago but she didn't respond. I don't want to push it any further than that. I would love nothing more than to catch up with her again, but I'm just going to have to let go.

Those good days are still a reality for me. I've got all the versions of Animal Crossing. Animal Forest, Animal Forest +, Animal Forest E+, Animal Crossing: Population Growing, Animal Crossing Wild World, Animal Crossing City Folk, Animal Crossing New Leaf, Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer, and Animal Crossing Pocket Camp. Had to learn a bit of Japanese to play the Animal Forest games, but it payed off.

Man, Animal Crossing is like that dream everyone has but can never remember. That place that you always want to go to live when you grow up as a kid. It's like the creator of Animal Crossing remembered that dream, and then made it into the game we all know and love, so that he could share it with the world.

When I was small I used to steal my sisters DS just to play Animal Crossing when I was 6 years old, it was the first game I ever played and I’m still playing all the AC’s up to this day, I have so many good memories thanks to Animal Crossing 🥺

A few years back I deleted my first town, the one made with my family in Wild World because I was stupid and my brother and sister agreed. I still feel like shit about it, but in the end I also realized that no one ever played it anymore. At most we would be able to go back and see the village we used to have. But the memories had already been made, the ones that made it worth it growing up. All the fun times I had with my childhood best friend, its hard to measure. It feels like I lost something by deleting it, but it also makes me just cherish these memories so much more. This was one of my first games and I am still in love

Around six years ago when I was 9 I got New Leaf. I loved it (and still do). Around 3 years after that I saw Wild world at an old game store so I picked it up. Played it for 20 minutes, never played it again. It just didn’t hook me like New Leaf did. But man, Im happy I did because I never would have gotten introduced to this song. I love this song so much. This song reminds me of how much I love this series.

I remember having a town in Wild World recently, I think I named it either Morrilton or something else. I don't remember the name of the town, but I do remember living in a town where no ugly villagers would live there. All of them were some of the most desired villagers that are still desired to this day. (I had Rosie!) but, due to me having to delete all my computer data in September 2023, the town was gone forever, and I had forgotten all about it. I created another town a month later to see if I can relive living in a successful town with the best villagers.

I played and enjoyed this game every day during the summer of 2006, after which my interest gradually waned. Just a few days ago I played the game for the first time in years and a wave of melacholia came over me; a memory of the time i was hooked on this game and all the feelings and people that are attached to that time and space in my life, and a memory of the quirky charm this game has, all coming together in this beautiful tune. Can't wait for the 3ds version!!

Wild World was my first experience with this series. I just asked a (now former) friend if I could borrow it because the cover looked nice. I immediately fell in love! I had it for a few months and then returned it, then discovered that my uncle had the original for the GameCube. Played it, had fun, and then the friend got City Folk. A bit stale, but fun! I played once and usually watched him play. Then I got my own copy of New Leaf a couple years later. I was practically addicted since it qas all that could keep me occupied when I was isolated for a chunk of time, even before lockdowns happened, simply because of bad relatives. The series is one I have a soft spot for. It makes me incredibly happy when I play and seeing others enjoy it brings me great joy!
