This was my first time doing this. I have a 75 chevy caprice. I saved so much money doing this my self. I’m almost done. I hope before December hits I’ll be able to drive it. You say other GM transmissions. I have a 350 transmission . Will this still work ?
flex plate (you mentioned as flywheel) is located at fixed specific position. and outside part ( like tooths) of it can be flex but center of flex plate is fixed torque convert can move a little to flex plated direction from the most seated position of transmission.
Hi there mate I have about the same gap as you in this video Iv got a turbo 350 with a 5000 stall converter it's a hole new combination Iv been doing for 3 years 308 Holden stroked to 355 etc my question is does the 3/16th apply to all converters thanks buddy I appreciate it Dean
