Ankle sprain taping.  

This is exactly how i was taught to do it years ago when i got a horrific high ankle sprain, it’s the best technique!

I’ve used this so many times now and not once has it failed

Do I tape the ankle straight away the day I sprained it or when should I apply the k tape?

should you wait until the swelling has completely gone down before taping? or can it be used almost immediately after a sprain/resprain

Why only show one side or the ankle while applying? It's hard to follow along

I was told that it can’t overlap. But I feel better pressure when overlapped . I like this technique
