For this application, you will need three TRUETAPE pre-cut strips.
The tape is applied by pulling it over the anterior capsule and then several times over the external malleolus, thus giving your ankle more support without restricting your mobility.

Thanks for filming this is a clear and logical manner, it's super helpful! Far too many foot/ankle tutorials i see are filmed at some very strange angles where I literally can't tell what they're doing, or so zoomed into that i feel as though i'm about to be punted in the head. It's quite odd lol

I watched the video several times. I did taping on my swollen ankle. The injury occurred during an accident on the road 10 months ago. First I pasted 1 tape in the evening. The condition improved in the morning. I did taping with the second and third tapes at intervals of several hours. It helped me! I picked cherries in the garden. We swim in the lake for a week! THANK YOU! The first scheme lasted 5 days. Then I paused for 2 days. And glued 3 tapes according to your scheme again. I would gladly leave a photo feedback, but I still can't create a slideshow on RU-vid.

pro tip, you back use the paper backing to rub down the tape. it's a smoother surface

But mine isn't pre cut. There is no videos on youtube of how to do this without the pre cut ones
