Sugar is one of our biggest poison. Why when you go into a store there might be one very small section of healthy food and the rest is surrounded by junk food. Our tv commercials are mostly based on drug commercial a pill and shot for every solution. We must take care of our bodies and not allow to be conditioned of needing medicine constantly.
