I just sent this to my Mum who had a very late diagnosis herself recently after I got mine in my 30s.

Hi, thanks Katie, glad you found Anna's video useful. interesting that you and your mother are both on the spectrum. It's similar to me and my father, although he's not officially diagnosed.

This is a fantastic interview. I can understand and relate so much of what Anna’s mum did and felt. I feel like a carbon copy. I went for a diagnosis at 47 but I didn’t meet enough of the criteria. I have learnt as a female to copy/mimic other people to the point of exhaustion. I feel so let down now as each day is a struggle and I’m not understood. I hope I don’t upset my adult children.too much. I’m going to buy this book mainly to see your perspective of having an autistic mum. Thank you so much Anna.
