I just realized this but, Allan is really good at playing a "snapped" role, Adam at a terrified role, Rowan at a jerk role, and Ben at a bastard role. They are all so friggn talented. They deserve more attention

After everything that happens to Alan in the various series, it is just so *satisfying* to watch him finally snap.

As a retail worker, I approve this message.

This is by far the funniest video I've seen from you guys. "Uuhhhm, yeah actually I'll prolly- probably just leave" I died when Ben realized he fucked up. Alan's performance is absolutely amazing in this. He turned into a hostile NPC when a player trespasses and it's absolutely beautiful.

I like how Alan's voice gets more and more British as he gets more and more deranged. lol

Had this happen with 2 customers many years ago at a resturant I worked at. They would always show up on the same night 10 mins before we closed to sit down and eat. And then slowly eat and hold up the 3 staff members for over an hour. Then tip the waitress 2$ on top of it. I eventually told the owner that she was loosing money after paying the workers for that hour and the customers only buy some cheap items on the menu. Owner didn’t care thought it was good business(the business went under a year later). Eventually I got sick of it and started locking the doors 5 mins early those nights since there was never anyone there at that time and those 2 customers got pissed and eventually stopped showing up. Look Im ok if you come to a resturant alittle late and you get your order to go or if you were to tip the waitress big I’m good with that also. But it’s extremely rude and disrespectful to hold everyone up from being able to go home so you can sit down and chit chat for an hour and then not to give tip the waitress anything on top of it.

I just love how alan completley flips the script and turns into the hunter in an instant just through the way he acts alone

I LOVE the change in voice when Alan split personality comes out. Very convincing crazy person, I'm not even sure its acting at this point.

I did this once when i used to closed for this grocery store. She told me it was just a few thing, preceed to grab a cart and literally fill it to the top. I said, that's a lot more than just a few things and she said "well i kind of remembered some other stuff i needed." I will never do this again for another person.

I know this video is a little bit older but holy shit is this a classic. Alan is an incredibly skilled actor. The fact that he is able to completely change the inflection of his voice as he clearly becomes more "deranged" is proof of that. "No, no, it's much too late for that" is so different from his regular voice that it seems like a totally different person. And it really ties the whole skit together with that one line.

This is what everyone in the service industry really feels like doing

I had an employee make the mistake of letting a 'customer' in after we'd locked the doors. He tried to steal a bunch of merchandise under his hoodie, but we'd locked the doors so he couldn't leave. When confronted, he tried to run for it and smashed his face against the door. He was handcuffed to a stretcher and taken to the ER for a broken nose and a detached retina. Fun times.

This was Ben's brother, he was murdered in Playtech, so Ben keeps comming seeking clues about his brother's fate.

After picking up the sword, Alan should've said to Ben "It'll be quick, just in & out..."

When Alan went to close the door after being called “loser” I know we all had the feeling shit was bout to get real

Elder scrolls: Shopkeeper: " please browse my wares" *time ticks over by one minute and the store closes* Shopkeeper draws sword, runs over right in your face..."you shouldn't be here.... guards!!"

Anyone caught in the store after closing time will be an employee, thank you for your time, have a nice shift.

That's when you grab 'em by the scruff and by the seat and then YEET! In, Buy, Out? Nah, more like Scruff, Seat, Yeet! XD

Things we have learnt: Don't skip dialougs and don't get into a store that is closed. XD

A warning to all the late customers, when the store is closing, it really is closed, the cash machine is null for the day, so it can't be turned on again. When we say we're closed, we ARE closed. I hate when someone remembers at the end of the day that he needs something and you basically can't cater to his needs. I would definitely use a gun, but a sword turned out to be a much classier way out of the situation 🤣

I was almost about to turn that off it was so frustrating… before the plot shift. This is my all time favourite sketch of theirs.

I was kinda expecting, that while this guy was roaming around a whole crowd of new customers would come in.

I actually let the customer in once like that, the same thing, she knew exactly what she wanted, and then got pissy when I didn't let her try on things. And the cherry on top of the cake, she complained I was too slow scanning her stuff in, I can't believe what I was hearing.

Had a situation similar to this myself, had the store all closed up, lights off and about to leave exit from backroom to see a "customer" browsing, I was like 'ahh buddy we're closed" ... he tried to rebuttle with 'the customer is always right ... " .. so I simply replied with .. well the store is closed and im locking up so your quite welcome to inform the police how your in the 'right' being inside a locked store..

I worked retail years ago in an electronics store and we always had customers show up a few minutes before close. I'd always tell them, "Hey, the computers won't let me ring up any transactions after the official closing time, so you've only got a few minutes." It seemed to work pretty well and thankfully no one ever really pushed me on it.

When he went "Are you guys open?" I felt that on a molecular level.

“Just nod if you understand.”

The actual moral of the story is after you shut the gate, shut the doors, no matter who is there. Just pretend you don't see them. I've worked in customer service a long time, just ignore until you absolutely can't.

I literally had this guy tonight... 10 minutes after the doors where locked he was still walking back and forth down the isles aimlessly.

I can imagine this being the dream of every store clerk who had to deal with people like this.

Without lying, I actually worked at a tool store where once we cashed out the registers, they locked themselves until morning. Only the manager could override and THANK GOD, the manager was always on our side because he wanted to go home too. So as long as we made sure the registers had a locking time stamp anywhere after store hours, we could never get in trouble for just straight up telling a late comer "NO."
