We created a show floor spanning over 10,500 Sq Meters at the Hall 1 of Bangalore International Exhibition Centre consisting of an Audience Engagement area, 8 rooms for Master Class Sessions with a seating capacity of 75 Pax, 56 Demo PODs, APP Space for 50 pax, 12 Mini Master Class Areas with 40 Pax capacity with a concept of Silent Conference, 2 Interactive Zones, a Core area for relaxation & meet-greet, IT Support Room, VIP Lounge, This isn’t ALL. We developed Hall 2 into a Keynote & Entertainment Area with a Seating capacity of 10,000+ audience with a Technology Integrated LED Display & stage spanning over 2800 Sqft. Creating VIP Lounge for the Dignitaries, arranging & managing the ODC, Seamless registration process, temporary offices for Senior Management with all facilities to provide business continuity, managing logistics & employee transportation, safety, security, health & hygiene measures for all involved. Amit Trivedi, a Leading Bollywood Music Composer & Singer, was the icing on the cake to enthrall the audience with his spell-bound performance.
