@@NotoriousCGM wla akong pili sir, lahat klase ng fish kinakain ko naman pero more on bangus ako mataas kc protein ng bangus wag mo lng kainin maxado yung taba mataas sa fats yun. Organic corn coffee sir, marami sa supermarket and grocery yan.
So far sa pag da diet ko for how many months, and now wla na akong control sa kain lahat na kinakain ko kahit junk foods pero in MODERATION tas papawis lng talaga yung bawi2x lng wag puro kain lng ng kain tas wlang exercise talagang tataba ka nyan. Goal ko lng nmn is nasa weight limit lng ako, d ko na hinahangad ang 6pack abs at muscle2x na katawan. Living healthy is key! 😉 Btw, im 5'9" currently nasa 74kg to 76kg ang timbang ko ngayon for how many months na simula na abot ko catch weight ko. Bawi2 lng talaga style, kaya monitor mo palagi timbang mo hehe.

Napanood ko tong video na to nito lang March 2021. Sinusunod ko lang lahat ng sinasabi mo even sa iba mong videos pero hindi 100%. Sumasablay din ako pero pinipilit ko bumalik sa track. From 112 kg down to 83 kg. Walang work out diet lang talaga 😁. Thanks Coach!

Legit lods, kakasimula ko lang mag calorie deficit less 2000 cal per day with exercise sa gym, after a week diko expect from 99kg, 97 kg na ako ngayon, sana tuloy tuloy nato kasi hirap talaga maghanap ng mga shirts na malalaki at plus highblood pako😅at least ma improve then bp ko while doing exercise.

(7:39) Sir other than calculating how less you should be eating to be in a deficit *less food, how do you also calculate how much energy you should be burning? *more movement (kasi mas prefer ko po kasi yong more movement kesa sa less calorie intake xd ) Di ko po kasi magamit yong online calculator since im just 13 yrs old and kailangan daw po maging 15 para macalculate :(
