If Anos can manage to suprise Rimuru and overpower him quickly then the fight would go to him (though it would be nearly impossible to sneak up on Rimuru and since they are so close in strength, it would also be hard to overpower Rimuru completely). But the longer the battle goes on the more equal it's gonna become, until they just eventually give up. But realistically they would become great friends if they actually met (just like you said).
